Vue extraordinaire !!!
Premier séjour dans un hôtel du Groupe Mandarin. Nous avons été ravis de la gentillesse et du professionnalisme des employés. La vue de notre chambre sur Central Park était à couper le souffle, néanmoins la chambre et l'hôtel en lui même commence à être vieillissant... c'est dommage. Nous recommandons néanmoins cet hôtel.

Good service depends on the staff. If you met a good one, you will receve excellent service, otherwise somewhat negligent. Room service tea served with tea bag (the menu says tea leaves) and sometimes took time. I was at the corner suite and there were dust on the furniture, waste thread and fibers on the carpet, and stains on the table chair. Orchid in the room was almost die so I gave them water!

The room was not up to the standards for the hotel of this category and price. This room would be great at Marriott. It was small, irregular shape, poorly decorated, didn’t have a coffeemaker or even teabags. You can’t compare it with Ritz or even good Hyatt.

The property is great and I've been a guest there many times since it opened. But this time, the check-out was challenging, I left a day early, and their response was that I had to call Expedia. And, of course, I called Expedia, and they indicated I had to settle it with the hotel. This ping-ponging of a guest from agent to hotel to agent to hotel does not seem meritory in a luxury property one leaves behind thousands of dollars.

We rarely spend this kind of $$$$ on hotels but enjoy doing so now and then. At the same price, THE FOUR SEASONS rooms are much more satisfying, more fully decorated and furnished. However, it is still very comfortable—as you’d hope—and our meals in Mo Lounge were satisfying, if extraordinarily expensive, you know, like there’s a $40 burger. If you know what you’re going to pony up and you’re ok with that, it’s a treat, though next time I look for a luxe experience I’ll easily pay half of what I did here! Staff is terrific, for the most part, through evening service at Mo Lounge was surprisingly inattentive. Took me awhile to get a glass of water.
