J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Luma, très bon accueil , belle chambre agréable ,très propre,magnifique salle de bain, belle vue , machine à café bienvenue et surtout un lit et des oreillers extraordinaires! , si je reviens à New York, ce sera chez vous

Très bien mais vue/manque de lumière rédhibitoire
Globalement très bon hotel, très bien situé. Le restaurant est également très bon pour dîner. Seul point noir : la fenêtre qui donne sur cour au milieu des buildings. Pas de lumière du séjour, l'impression de vivre dans une cabine de sous-marin... Dommage mais rien que sur ce critère, je ne suis pas sûr de revenir.

Points : emplacement central à 5mn à pied de Times Square et toutes les lignes de métro. Au pied de Bryant Park. Chambre grande, propre, ménage fait chaque jour et distribution de chocolats par le personnel. Points - : ma première chambre avait une vue magnifique sur la ville mais la clim faisait énormément de bruit et la chambre donnait sur la cage d'ascenseur. Je l'entendais à chaque fois qu'il fonctionnait. On m'a donc changée de chambre avec zéro vue. Un mur 3 mètres en face de la fenêtre et des bureaux à droite et à gauche. J'ai donc passé 1 semaine avec le store baissé et la lumière tout le temps allumée. Grosse déception...

Petit déjeuner très bien(buffet) ouvert des 7h. Prêt de grand parapluie. Bouteille de vin offerte pour anniv de mariage. On vous recommande cet hôtel qui plus est très bien placé.

Escapade familiale à NYC avec 2 ados; Positif: chambre grande et propre, bien situé entre Bryant Park et Time Square, arrivée hâtive et chambre prête, bonne insonorisation et rideaux d’obscurité électrique, Negatif: sofa-lit inconfortable pour des grands enfants, aucun lobby avec ambiance, l’entrée est minuscule, restaurant/bar vide et triste. Décor sans aucun style. Bref, uniquement un endroit pour dormir à prix acceptable mais si vous cherchez plus de cachet et de l’atmosphère, ce n’est pas l’endroit. Pas de piscine ni terrasse avec vue, pas de facteur wow outre la localisation

Propre, confortable, silencieux, accueillant, extrêmement bien situé. Au pied de Times square et de Bryant park, très proche du métro, en face d’un magasin d’alimentation et d’une multitude de bons restaurants et de boutiques. Les personnes à la porte dont Jonathan, et à l’accueil, sont très gentils, à notre écoute. Seul souci, la laverie est très chère.

This hotel was located in such a great spot for our trip to new York. It’s just a couple blocks from Times Square, walkable distance to broadway shows, lots of options for dining close by, and subway stations close as well. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The best part was it had two king beds!!! Not many hotels have that option. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Perfect, convenient and quiet place to stay. It was easy to walk to everything in the theatre district and close to a subway station to get to further distances. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar was nice if you didn’t have time to get out.

Stayed here to attend a show and this was a lovely find. Check in was warm and courteous. Room was clean, bedding and bedding above average. It’s small and quaint and I will definitely be back when I need a place in NYC !

Location was excellent near metro, Time square’ Broadway and Bryant park. You could walk to a lot of site seeing places or just take metro. Our room was quiet but no view. We were there for my mother 80th birthday and when we arrived they had a happy birthday card and two macaroon cookies for her. The only complaint I have is that everything looks old and run down: marks on the wallpaper surrounding the elavators, the chair and bed fabric in our room had a hole, drip liquid stain on the wall … with the money we pay for these hotel they need to be updated at least.

Grateful for the daily upkeep of our room. It was so nice to come back each day with the beds made nicely and fresh towels. Really nice and helpful staff, always greet you!
