Hôtel très agréable et moderne, le personnel efficace et très agréable. Notre chambre située au 27ème étage (le dernier) était spacieuse avec une vue magnifique sur les tours Manhattan West et le One World Trade Center. Tout était parfait durant notre séjour de 9 jours.

Cet hôtel est à proximité de marche de tous. Propre et sécuritaire. Les employés sont vraiment très attentionnés et dévoués. L’hôtel offre un 5@6 pm dans le lobby avec bière et vin gratuit à chaque soir. Le déjeuner offert gratuitement le matin est un vrai buffet, chaque personne y trouve son compte. Bref que de bons commentaires, je recommande cette hôtel.

Malgré une vue incroyable de notre chambre au 22 eme étage, l’attente de plusieurs par jour aux ascenseurs est horrible, une climatisation défectueuse et bruyante malgré une réparation par un technicien avec une serviette coincée dedans bref je ne vous parle pas du petit déjeuner ou si vous n’êtes pas là à 6 h30 vous manger dans le lobby debout Dommage car l’emplacement est bon pour découvrir NY

The love the breakfast. Its super great. The drinking time from 5-6pm with music service at the reception. But we want the elevators to improve probably by adding more elevators. Also Expedia doesnt mention about the security deposit and it was surprising for us. So we want those kind of notification before we check in from the website or the receipt.

5 nuits, 5 étoiles !
Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet hôtel et nous n'avons pas été déçu. Il est très bien situé car proche de beaucoup d'attractions (Madison Square Garden, Empire State Building, Flatiron, Rockefeller, Grand Central, Chrysler Building, ...) et pour ce qui est un peu plus loin (Central Park, l'American Museum of Natural History ou encore le Brooklyn Bridge) il y a le métro à quelques minutes à pied ! La chambre était, dans l'ensemble calme et surtout très propre et confortable. Le lit était vraiment agréable et nous y avons très bien dormi malgré le décalage horaire. Le petit déjeuner était très bon même s'il y avait beaucoup de monde et pas assez de places assises (même en venant à des horaires plus calmes). Super service et personnel très professionnel !

Hôtel très bien situé, proche de plusieurs attractions touristiques. Nous avons réservé une chambre pour nous et nos deux filles adultes pour 8 nuits. Nous avions une chambre au dernier étage avec vue sur le One World Trade Center et l’Edge. C’était super. Un peu d’attente aux ascenseurs parfois suivant les heures. Bonne literie. Nuits calmes car très bons doubles vitrages. Nous n’avons par contre pas mis la clim, trop bruyante. Petit déjeuner copieux salé et sucré. Pas ou peu d’attente pour avoir une table. Salle de bains spacieuse et bien équipée en serviettes pour 4. Seul bémol, j’ai été un peu déçue que les 2 lits soient en 140 et non 160 cm. Personnel de l’hôtel sympathique et serviable. En résumé, nous sommes tous les 4 enchantés de notre séjour.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel au mois de mai. Tout y est bien, la taille des chambres, la vue, la propreté. Les lits sont confortables et le personnel très gentil et à l’écoute. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est appréciable bien que pas exceptionnel. L’hôtel est bien situé, près de Penn station, Madison sq garden, Hells kitchen, Times square, high line, etc. Ça n’est pas la première fois que nous venons à NY et il s’agit d’un des meilleurs hôtels où nous avons séjourné. Je recommande fortement!

Nous avons séjourné 6 nuits dans cet hotel sélectionné pour la localisation et le pdj inclus. Nous n'avons pas été déçus. Pas d'attente aux ascenceurs comme mentionné dans les commentaires. Pour ce qui est du pdj, la capacité d'accueil est un peu juste par rapport au nombre de chambres mais n'avons jamais attendu trés longtemps. Aprés la nourriture n'est pas trop variée mais cela reste correct . Le rapport qualité/prix nous semble appréciable compte tenu de l'emplacement à 10mn à pieds de Time Square .

Globalement satisfaisant.
Hôtel idéalement situé, près du Madison Square Garden et de la station de train/métro Penn Station. De là, très simple d'aller dans tout Manhattan (et au-delà). L'hôtel en lui-même est sympathique, chambre agréable et bien équipée. Sans surprise (puisque tout le monde en parle), les ascenseurs sont un problème.. Même en saison moyennement touristique, il faut prendre son mal en patience si on a le malheur de partir/rentrer aux heures de pointe. A prendre en compte quand on a une réservation horaire quelque part ! Quant aux environs de l'hôtel, ils sont comme dans beaucoup d'endroits de Manhattan (pas toujours propre et bien fréquenté). C'est malheureux mais c'est ainsi, pas de quoi se sentir en insécurité.
