Décevant pour le parking: faites attention si vous êtes en voiture, le parking privé est limité et se stationner dans les rues est IMPOSSIBLE, même s'il y a une place de libre, c'est seulement pour les résidents (avec vignette), donc gars aux amendes!!! Une forte odeur de cannabis à la réception, dans la cage d'ascenseur, au couloir de la chambre!!! Points forts: près de la bouche de métro et des épiceries, chambre propre et bien nettoyée chaque jour

L'hotel est calme et propre. Le personnel est accueillant et de bon conseil. Attention les chambres 2 lits standards sont en demi sous sol et donnent sur la salle de petit dejeuner (celui si est installé à partir de 6h00)

Autant que possible, louer une chambre située à l’arrière pour plus de tranquillité. Pas de hot breakfast, la COVID ça fait deux ans, n’est plus une excuse pour ne plus l’offrir. Pour le petit déjeuner continental offert, bien à 7:00 am, il ne reste plus rien.

Je ne mettrai plus jamais mes pieds dans cet hôtel. Notre chambre était au sous-sol c'est à dire un niveau en dessous du niveau de la rue et de la réception. Ceci n'était pas mentionné dans la description et ça nous a choqués. Le personnel de la réception n'était pas aimable, plutôt assez désagréable et froid. Le déjeuner était juste un mini muffin et une compote de pommes. Terrible, terrible.

Service was bad. One of the days when we arrive at night they hadn;t clean the room .I called Front Desk and they apologizes and promised to do it in the morning. The very next day I went to the front desk to ask them to clean the room because they forgot to do it the prior day , they argue with me in very rough way that I had a sign of Do no disturb . I would not recommend this place at all.

My wife and I ran the 2024 NYRR Brooklyn Half Marathon. The location to the event was perfect. We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a bonus for us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area of Brooklyn. We have stayed in different hotels around NYC/LI that do not offer as much as this hotel.

Besides the slamming doors quiet hotel. On expedia it says that the lobby closes at midnight and its not true i asked and there is someone 24/7. Breakfast counter is very small and accessibility is an issue when the sitting area is full of people. Housekeeping vacuums the hallways very early in the mornings;( Rooms are small but for 2 people its ok though not alot of room for suitcases. Close to restaurants and grocery store.

Good basic hotel close to the Queen Mary-2 terminal. The rooms are small as one expects for New York but are clean, nicely outfitted, comfortable beds and sleek bathrooms. Included breakfast was nothing special but just fine. WiFi worked well.

Property is well maintained, rooms are small but has everything you need. Complimentary breakfast was basic but very nice, especially the waffles! Area is ok though not much to do around, however you can get the R train which is just a 5 min walk to metro station, which get ms you around Brooklyn and Manhattan. All in all a good and would stay to here again.

There was a red spot on box spring of 1 of the beds and I didn't like that you have use the key card to turn on the lights of the room that turn off less than 5 minutes. Overall the property was clean and up kept. I would stay here again

Nice hotel in Brooklyn area. Easy to access the subway to get into Manhattan. Hotel was nice and clean, had a great breakfast.
