Nous venons de passer 1 semaines en famille dans cet hôtel. (Fin décembre / début janvier) Nous sommes vraiment contents de notre séjour, le métro est à 1mn à pied, le bus aussi. L'hôtel est très propre, nous avions une chambre avec 2 grands lits, chambres la moins chère sur le site et pourtant nous avions un frigo et un four micro-ondes cafetière dans notre chambre. Plusieurs serviettes de toilettes de différentes tailles chacun (régulièrement changées) Le ménage était fait tous les jours, on nous remplissait les dosettes de café, sucre... tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner est varié et la personne qui s'en occupe réapprovisionne régulièrement, elle est très gentille et s'assure que nous ne manquons de rien. Nous sommes même allés un matin à 8h30 en pensant qu'il ne resterait plus beaucoup de choix car cela fermait à 9h, et finalement il restait encore de tout. Vraiment très agréablement surpris de ce séjour car certains commentaires nous avait un peu inquiétait. Aucune odeur désagréable, un service de bagagerie gratuit le dernier jour. Tout le monde était très gentil et professionnel. Le uber nous a déposé devant la porte très facilement et est venu nous chercher le dernier jour devant la porte également. Le quartier est bien avec beaucoup de commerces et restaurants. C'est calme et bien insonorisé. La température du chauffage était agréable. Nous rentrons vraiment heureux de notre séjour pour découvrir New York. Merci et bravo à toute l'équipe du Best Western Gregory

Très bon séjour à bay ridge
L’hôtel était satisfaisant. Mais une grande qualité humaine de la part des responsables et du personnel qui nous a très bien accueilli tout au long du séjour. Pour les personnes en fauteuil roulant il faut bien insister par téléphone à l’avance pour pas qu’il y ait d’erreur. Dommage qu’il n’y a pas de matériel adapté sur place.

J'ai appelé pour demander 2 autres oreillers. Après 45 mn, je n'ai rien reçu. J'ai rappelé pour les relancer. 10 mn plus tard ils me ramènent qu'une seule oreiller sans couverture et super sale. J'ai demandé un late check out jusqu'à 18h00 en voulant payer un supplément. Ils m'ont proposé un late check out jusqu'à 15h00 a 85 dollars, er si je voulais 18h00, je devais payer une nuit supplémentaire.

J’ai mis décevant pour le personnel et service, mais c’est plus attribué aux femmes de ménages, il y a une qui voulait faire du nettoyage, je lui ai dit que c’était correcte, en plus je quittais la journée même, et elle m’a dit que j’avais un accent, Pour elle, elle pensait pas que je comprenais l’anglais, mais c’est dommage!

Séjour d'une semaine en famille. Chambre confortable, petit déjeuner copieux. Hôtel situé dans un quartier vivant avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants. Idéal pour découvrir Brooklyn. A une heure de central park en métro (ligne R à 100 m de l'hôtel). Très satisfait.

Très bon accueil malgré une arrivée à 1h du matin. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié, malgré l absence de pain frais ( nous sommes français ). la jeune femme au service a été au petits soins pour nous. L hotel est situé dans un quartier calme et très près du métro avec une ligne directe pour Manhattan sud. Beaucoup de restaurants autour pour ressortir le soir. Très bon séjour.

There were definitely people smoking on the 4th floor in my stay. The hallways smelled really bad. The free breakfast really didn’t have that much either. Room was clean and had a fridge and microwave and safe.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to 86th Street, which offers plenty of shops and dining options. The hotel's proximity to the R line on 86th Street is convenient, as it's literally across the road. The room was satisfactory, albeit a bit small, with minimal space between the end of the bed and the TV stand/dresser. The bathroom, on the other hand, was pleasantly spacious with a large walk-in shower. Unfortunately, the fridge was quite loud, which was bothersome when trying to sleep. The walls are thin, allowing for clear sound transmission from adjacent rooms, and the floorboards above were extremely creaky. Additionally, there was a person above us who seemed to be moving around at odd hours of the night, although their activities were unclear. Due to a flight delay, we requested a check-out extension, but were only granted an additional 30 minutes. While I understand that hotels aren't obligated to provide extensions, it would have been appreciated if they had offered a longer one, especially considering the room wasn't scheduled for immediate rebooking, as confirmed by the receptionist's suggestion that we could pay for an extra night. Tip: The air conditioning controls are located underneath the lid of the radiator near the window, which took us two days to discover as there were no signs indicating their location.

In the heart of bay ridge where I grew up. Train station is about 2 minutes away which was so convenient especially since I was travelling with two kids. The only thing I was not happy about was the fact that the hotel smelled of weed - ALOT. In and out it smelled so heavily of it. Also being told I can do a later checkout but on the day I was told I cannot. Communication needs improvement between staff and customer, other than that wouldn’t change anything.
