cConfort est services exceptionnels.
Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de nos conditions d'hébergement dans cet établissement .A l'image de NEW Pleymouth ,tout n'est qu'ordre et beauté ,; luxe , calme et volupté . Pour nous , l'équipement des chambres et la propreté étaient vraiment de haut niveau.Personnel disponible et très efficace .Je recommande vraiment ce Motel.

My room was in middle of emergency housing rooms, people living there were drinking and smoking outside in groups, if you are looking for a peaceful and private place, I will suggest to look somewhere else, asked reception if they could change my room no help provided, had a really bad experience, no wifi details were given, there is no air-conditioning in the rooms, room had some odd smell it was not pleasant.

Is in a great location. Lovely people. Bit tired and needs some tlc. Quite a few ants in unit. Pool is very smelly and you need to book to use it and cant just go in when you feel like a swim.

The Motel is old and tired. People seem to be living in some of the units. The staff didn't provide any information on our arrival, such as having to book the pool. The 'heated' pool was absolutely not heated. It was freezing. One of the kids lips turned blue. I had extended our stay for an extra night through the app but they didn't have any record of it and forgot that I had paid for 3 nights ringing me to see if I was leaving after two nights. The rooms were clean and mostly tidy. However the bathroom lino was starting to pull away from the floor and the light switches in one room were faulty and didn't get fixed during our stay. One of the internal doors wouldn't close. Great location for being able to walk to the garden and explore town. Noise levels were fine for being next to the main road. Wouldn't stay here again as the price of the room didn't reflect the low standard. Sadly they weren't interested in asking us how our stay went and simply took the keys and said thanks and goodbye.

There was no airconditioning and the heated swimming pool was freezing. A lot of outside traffic noise due to location.

Very 80s retro! I really enjoyed the relaxed vibe. Very close to food outlets, city centre, Pukekura Park and the sea - each way is a 10-15 minute walk. Cheap and cheerful 😄

The size of the rooms was great, 2 bedroom with kitchen. But the rooms weren’t clean, surface clean only. Sheets on bed were clean. Staff brisk in manner rather than welcoming, no discussion about things to do in area, just ‘here’s your key, we have already charged you cc’, didn’t offer information on where to park until asked. Didn’t offer any information on pool, which appeared to be locked the whole time. Street noise wasn’t a problem in our unit but with single glazing would be loud in the road facing units. The photos do not reflect the current dated state of this motel.

Raewyn at the reception was very kind and caring, also liked the hot indoor spa pool a lot. The room does catch a bit of noise as the place is located in the middle of the central and right next to one of the busy roads but other than that everything was good. Very nice location. Didnt have a car during the stay and it was totaly okay to look around the central.

Location was central to everything. Supermarkets and eateries within walking distance. Parking was great. Property is a bit old fashioned but was very clean and comfortable. Road noise was noticeable but lessoned later in the evening.

Close to town
Raewyn and staff helpful and friendly. Nice big room and table Burger Fuel, McDonald's across the road, and close to town, Pukekura park and coastal walkway. Quite a lot of traffic noise sometimes as we were close to the traffic lights, but I would stay again.

The motel is dated but very well maintained and tidy. Everything was really clean and our room was spacious with comfy beds. Kids loved the pool and spa which was also very clean and tidy. Staff werent overly friendly or helpful but would stay again.

Door was broken and we were unable to lock our room. Staff were notified ASAP but nothing was able to be done during our stay. The pool open hours were at 9:30am. In the morning my children went to use the pool before we left, but unfortunately it was locked and the pool stayed covered before our departure.

Great location, very clean and tidy. Kitchen facility excellent in unit. Comfortable beds and slept well. Excellent pool and spa for family. Heat pump would be great in rooms! However all rooms had heaters and fans for comfort. Great stay.

Early morning traffic noise as motel is on an intersection of 2 highways. Bathroom window unable to close so cold breeze. No heat pump, only a heater which did nothing to heat the room. Very uncomfortable night as it was so cold. Otherwise good.

Amber Court - great location
Have stayed many times at this motel, it’s a little tired but very clean and comfortable with the added advantage of an indoor pool and jacuzzi. It’s on a great location only a short walk from a host of restaurants.
