Experience New Orleans by staying in an updated 100 year old home only steps away from the St. Charles Streetcar. Your stay in our home will put you in the middle of the sprawling Uptown-Riverbend neighborhood, with restaurants, bars, and liveliness in every direction.
A 5 minute walk from the fun of Oak Street, and within a mile of Tulane/Loyola campuses and the scenery of Audubon Park. You can take the streetcar through historic NOLA all the way to the French Quarter.

Welcome to our beautiful home in the Uptown/Riverbend area of New Orleans! This lovingly renovated home has everything you need for an adventure in the Big Easy! We're located right on the St. Charles Streetcar line, which makes travel around the city easy and affordable, without having to use your car to navigate and park. We're also within a mile of Tulane & Loyola Universities, and you can easily walk to a few restaurants right on the same block.

Our home is a single level layout, but there are 3 steps from street level to reach the entrance. Once inside, you'll find a living room, full kitchen ,dining room, 2 full baths, and three bedrooms. PLEASE NOTE that the third bedroom, at the rear of the home, is accessible from the inside of the house only by going through the 2nd bedroom. However, there is an exterior entrance for this room as well. Please look at our photos and see the floor plan in there for a better idea of how the home is laid out.

There is no parking included with your stay, but there is plenty of free street parking in the area. We usually have no issue parking right in front of the house, but on weekends or during times when the nearby restaurants are busy, you may have to park elsewhere on the surrounding blocks.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the back patio area. There is parking on the street in front of the home and down the block, which is FREE. There are several popular restaurants on our street which can make parking challenging during lunch/dinner. Normally this means parking around the corner, which is less than a 2 minute walk. There are 3 exterior doors, which all have key-code access. The back bedroom also has a private entrance.

We're available 24 hours a day via text or call or through messaging in the app. Reach out to us at any time if there's anything you need!

4 restaurants located within 50 yards of property. 5-10 minute walk to Oak Street, which has boutique shops, coffee/breakfast, restaurants, taverns, music club, gym/yoga, and salon/beauty.
St. Charles streetcar stop literally steps away that will take you through New Orleans historical neighborhoods and all the way through to the French Quarter.

Streetcar, bike rental, Uber and Lyft. If renting a car, free public street parking is available.

The streetcars depot right past the house at night. Something to keep in mind if someone in your group is a light sleeper. Truth be told, we’ve never ourselves found it tough to sleep through, but take it into consideration when staying here, particularly in the front bedroom. We do provide disposable ear plugs and noise machines to mitigate it.

We have a lot of guests and are learning that we're booked pretty regularly, so our turnaround time between guests is crucial. The checkout time is 11 am and there are additional charges for staying beyond that time unless arranged with us beforehand. We try to be as flexible as possible, but we also need to time to have things in order for the next guest. We appreciate your understanding.

Also, there is no fence separating our patio area from the neighbor’s sitting area. Unfortunately this is not a shared space, so please try to keep to our side of the property line.

New Orleans is prone to hurricanes and other storms, sometimes outside of the normal season. Please note that we do not move, cancel, or provide refunds or credits for any reason, including COVID, road conditions/closures, travel cancellations, and weather conditions. If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, we HIGHLY SUGGEST that you purchase trip insurance or book closer to your travel dates.

***There is a $200 security/damage deposit collected 3 days prior to arrival, and returned shortly after your stay. This is done as a $200 hold on your method of payment, not a full charge. Please see the rental agreement (required to be read and signed before booking) for more details. ***
Please carefully read our house rules below

1. The booking guest must have their ID uploaded to their profile. Please do not remove your ID from your profile at any point during the booking process, or your visit. This will trigger automatic cancellation of your reservation.

2. Please be mindful of the neighbors. We recommend being quiet after 8:30pm (weekdays including Sundays) and 9:00pm (weekends).

3. While early check-in / late checkout may be available, this must be arranged ahead of time for an extra fee. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $50 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given. Late checkouts MUST be requested before 9PM the day before your departure.

4. Clean towels are a provided amenity. Plan ahead while packing, please bring extra towels if you or any of your guests anticipate needing more. A washer and dryer is onsite for you to use as well.

5. Smoking & vaping in the unit will result in a $500 deodorization fee. Please only smoke outside of the property.

6. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws and ILLEGAL. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance. Any guest found to have had a party or over-occupancy will be charged a $1,000 fee for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras are present at the property to verify these laws & house rules are not broken. All rental platforms specifically ban parties from their units. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction and a ban from the platform.

7. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces.

8. Please do not use face towels to remove makeup, it damages the towels. Makeup towels are provided for this use.

9. If the space is left excessively dirty, $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $100.

10. This home does not allow pets. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 fine in addition to the normal fee.

11. After you’ve read these rules, please send me a message with the words “yellow kangaroo”, it will let me know that you have read the rules thoroughly.

12. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from “Locals” at this time. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 60 miles of New Orleans.

13. While we cannot receive any mail or packages to the space we will assist with getting packages shipped to New Orleans if needed.

14. Commercial video and photo shoots are strictly forbidden without prior and authorized consent. Associated day-rate fees, liability waivers and copyright contracts will apply if consent is given.

15. Message us for long term stays.

16. Trash is picked up on Tuesday, recycling on Tuesday.

17. All of our TV's are streaming, we do not provide any account information, you will have to log into your own. Please remember to log out at check out. We do not have cable TV.

18. Should you wish to receive an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know no earlier than a few days prior to your reservation date, and we will determine if it's possible. We are unable to confirm early check-in (or late check-out) requests for future dates. We require time to prepare the unit for your stay or after your stay for the next guest and sometimes we are unable to accommodate. If we can accommodate, we will charge $25/hour for the additional booking time. This will also be in place for dropping luggage off or leaving your luggage after checkout time has passed. Payment will be requested through the platform after your additional time has been approved.
