Algiers Point is the second oldest neighborhood in New Orleans. It is situated right across the Mississippi River from the French Quarter. The neighbors are welcoming and friendly. The unique historic neighborhood has a beach town vibe (minus the beach). The Point is home to a few wonderful restaurants, cafes and bars.

Living space
Over 1,000 square feet of thoughtfully arranged living space gives you room to breathe. The living area centers around a 55-inch HDTV with Chromecast, Hulu, Apple TV, Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video - more than enough for a lazy evening in. Spin something from the record player, pick up one of the books and reading material on the shelf, or settle in at the dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair when you need to stay productive. Fast Wi-Fi keeps you connected throughout.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The duplex sleeps up to four guests across two bedrooms. The first bedroom is fitted with a queen bed, room-darkening shades, and fresh linens for a proper night's rest. The second bedroom has twin beds - a comfortable setup for friends or family traveling together. Extra pillows and blankets are provided, and clothing storage includes a closet and dresser in each room.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for real cooking. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, Whirlpool electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee maker, blender, and baking sheet - along with pots and pans, cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper, and a full set of dishes and silverware. Pull up a chair at the dining table for a home-cooked meal, or start your morning with a cup of coffee before heading out to catch the ferry.
 
Bathroom & laundry
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub/shower combo and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and fresh towels. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays, along with an iron and cleaning products to keep things tidy.
 
Comfort & safety
Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans keep the space comfortable year-round. For peace of mind, the property includes a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and one exterior security camera at the entry door. Self check-in is handled via smart lock, and luggage dropoff is available for early arrivals or late departures.

The $2 ferry is steps away, putting the French Quarter, Bourbon Street, and Frenchmen Street jazz clubs within minutes. Free street parking makes it easy to come and go on your own schedule.
