Bel endroit et très propre mais malheureusement le train situé à côté de l’hôtel nuisait à notre sommeil . Pour une raison inconnue il y avait une odeur désagréable dans les corridors. Le personnel est tres gentil. On a aimé avec accès au centre commercial de l’intérieur de l’hôtel.

Très bel Hôtel, bien placé, tranquille… Vue magnifique sur le Mississippi! Seul défaut était la plomberie déficiente… nous n’avions pas d’eau froide (eau bouillante). Ils sont venus à 3 reprises dans notre chambre pour essayer de régler le problème.

While the Westin boasts a prime location, its status as a four-star hotel accentuated certain drawbacks during my stay. Let's start with the coffee machine—a petite drip model requiring the use of a plastic tray for coffee grounds. This setup raised concerns about potential microplastic contamination in my morning brew. While I don't expect a Nespresso-level upgrade, alternative drip coffee machines exist where grounds can be directly deposited without plastic trays. Moving on to the ironing situation, the antiquated iron provided proved to be more of an annoyance than help. Despite allowing ample time for heating, it consistently left clothes with water spots during the ironing process. Finally, the blow dryer's outdated and prompting a plea for a modern replacement. In essence, while the Westin's location shines, attention to these amenity details could significantly enhance the overall guest experience. However, the hotel amenities were amazing, clean and the staff were very welcoming and hospitable.

Love Westin hotels, they’re just so comfortable and well kept. The Westin New Orleans is now exception. I also love the location, being close to everything without being in a noisy place. Will continue to stay here while visiting NOLA.

Beautiful, the team welcoming us were professional and kind. Every aspect of the stay was top notch. The only thing we would modify is how hot the water is… really hot, the cold water is not cold. It’s about 110 degrees Showers were HOT But besides that , we can’t wait for the next trip and thank you for your welcome.

While the beds were comfortable, the pillows were not. The shower was either cold or scalding hot, no in between. We ran out of liquid soap the first day and housekeeping never refilled it. Housekeeping also left us with 1 bath towel each day for 2 of us and we had to hunt down more towels. Housekeeping also discarded a pair of Lululemon shorts my wife had washed and hung in the bathroom to dry as well as some face cleaner she left in the shower. The morning we left, there was supposed to be a taxi waiting for us at 3:45 am and we had to call for one ourselves because there wasn't one when we were ready to leave. The bar area on the 11th floor served good food and drinks and friendly staff.

The Westin is conveniently placed above a very nice mall. While the building is clearly older, they have plenty of upgrades. My biggest complaint is that it’s extremely loud on the river in the mornings. That noise woke me every day.

Our bathroom was dirty/dead mashed mosquito in shower and dried dark hair on ceiling above bathroom sink. Very loud in halls at night/“party time”. Asked to be moved. Extremely long wait at valet park trying to leave.
