The Space:
The apartment has one bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the living room for lounging. There is a small kitchenette with a sink, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, electric kettle and mini-fridge. No stove.

The Neighborhood:
The Black Pearl is an historic neighborhood located near the Mississippi river, Audubon Park, Tulane University, Loyola University and St. Charles Avenue, and Maple Street, which is home to coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and boutique shopping.

Getting Around:
Black Pearl is a quiet, walkable neighborhood. The St. Charles Avenue streetcar line is six blocks away. It's also a short walk to Audubon Park, Audubon Golf Course, Audubon Swimming Pool, Audubon Zoo, Maple Street, Tulane and Loyola Universities and the Mississippi River levee walking and biking trail.

Other Things to Note:
Per New Orleans City requirements, this home contains a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.
