Morial Convention Center, The Lola offers a prime setting for both business and leisure. With easy access to world-renowned dining, lively bars, and cultural landmarks, The Lola by Roami provides the perfect base for experiencing the very best of the Crescent City.

The Space:
The Lola is ideally located near the Central Business District, making it the perfect home base to explore the Big Easy. Each newly renovated space features a charming kitchenette, our patented memory foam Nest Bed, and 4K Smart TVs, offering comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

If you're traveling by car, please be aware that the surface lot behind the building is managed by a third-party and is not associated with Roami. Alternatively, you can use The Fulton Parking Garage, located just 5 minutes from the property, though it is also not affiliated with Roami.

The on-site laundry services are free to use. You can find the facilities on the second floor, off the elevator to the left at the end of the hallway.

All properties are furnished to a uniform standard; however, individual units may differ slightly from those shown in the photo gallery, with variations in decor, layout, and size.

1. Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM. Late check-out results in a $500 fee.

2. Age Requirement: The individual making the reservation is considered the primary guest and must be at least 21 years old.

3. Guest Limitations: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests, parties, or events will result in fines and eviction.

4. Occupancy Rules: Each room has a standard and a maximum occupancy, which may differ. Any guests beyond the standard occupancy will incur an additional fee. The website will automatically apply this fee if your booking exceeds the standard occupancy. For more details, feel free to contact us.

5. Noise Policy: Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Keep noise levels under 50 dBA at all times to avoid fines and possible eviction.

6. Smoking & Firearms: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking or bringing firearms will incur fines and legal action.

7. Pets: Pet policies vary by location—please confirm the specific rules for your destination prior to arriving with your pet. A $150.00 fee (plus tax) applies for the first pet, with an additional $250.00 (plus tax) for a second, totaling $400.00 (plus tax) for two pets. Fees apply regardless of size or breed. Bugs, filthy, mildew, and clogged

Paid for 4 br 2 bth, ended up with a 3 br 2 br because the master br & bth was uninhabitable. There was hair in 3 of the 4 beds when we got there! We had to lay clean sheets over. There was a leak in the master shower which smelled like mildew. The shower then didn't drain. Master br door wouldn't stay shut, we had both live and dead ants in the master, actually crawled on me and into my lingerie bag. Other bathroom door didn't lock. Stains all over couch. Tried contacting Roami about it 2 times via the tablet on the wall and called. They said they never got the messages, despite us getting text confirmation of receipt. Then they tried to blame us and say that we should have emailed them instead or call them sooner. There is no way we could have known they supposedly didn't get the messages. Absolutely ridiculous to try to blame us! Cleaning person only spoke Spanish and came in while we were trying to get ready to leave, eventhough we were approved for a noon chechout. 2nd night we saw a few families stuck out and unable to check in with nobody there to help them.

Overall property is nice and clean. Sexton stays reached out to us multiple times to "reconfirm" our reservation. Over a month out they told us our original unit 3 bedroom booking would not be available because of a long term "maintenance issue" and the unit would not be available. They offered to give us two, two bedroom units instead. Not ideal, but we were only there for two nights so we agreed. Everyone in our party is from a hospitality background so we understood things happen. Less than a week out they called to try and change our units for a second time. This time it was for a different property because of another "maintenance issue". We refused because the new units would not accommodate our group make-up. After some delay they confirmed our two units would be ok to stay-in. Needless to say we were nervous to see what check-in would bring. Whenever I returned calls about the reservation changes, there was never a clear answer to what the issues were and they would have to have someone else call me back. This didn't give us a lot of confidence on what we would be walking into. Thankfully, check-in process went smoothly, although a little weird. They use a virtual assistant to check you in/out, yet someone was almost always sitting and the desk behind the virtual assistance. Not an issue, will probably be the norm in years to come. Overall they were clean units with a good location. With all the changes and uncertainties of our reservation we really felt they were trying to maximize their revenues by switching us units and not because of maintenance issues.
