We loved the location and setup of the unit. Easy walk to the French Quarter and Bourbon street. Conveniently located around the corner to a grocery store. Neighborhood was quiet and short uber ride to festival. The unit needs a little updating but was clean and beds were comfortable. We did have some maintenance issues that were promptly taken care of and all communication was answered very quickly.

Great location and perfect for a small family needing two bedrooms and ample family space. Condition showed some wear and tear, but overall a good property in a very artsy area.

This was the worst vacation rental home I’ve ever lived in. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if my review is deleted but it is 100% genuine. The provided unit (Unit-F) was nothing like the photos from the listing. We had no windows, the kitchen was on a different floor, the stairs were made of plastic that needed fixing. The maintenance guy literally said “I wouldn’t want to climb up these stairs too much, they can break anytime”. It took him 45 mins to figure out the problems. The floor was made of the same tiles as the outside flooring. It was dirty and they had no slippers so one had to wear shoes in the house throughout. The corridor stank and the Pool was not at all worth getting into - it was dirty and un-maintained. I’m going to fight for a refund because of how bad the listing is. The location is amazing and very convenient to get to French Quarters. Right next to cute cafes and restaurants and grocery stores. That is the only redeemable aspect of this listing.

Great apartment, very spacious and comfortable. Great location (quiet neighbourhood and very close to Frenchmen Street) and pretty decor. The host was very kind and responsive. We were given two sets of pillows and towels each. The bedding was comfortable and fresh. I’d say it is very close to perfection for two couples (if it had one more stool in the kitchen and a set of 4 wine glasses, it would be spotless). The only downside is the staircase because it is not too sturdy (it feels like it is made of plastic and trembles), but we had no trouble with it (we just made sure we went down one at a time). Would gladly return.

We loved our stay in New Orleans. The rental property was perfect for 2 adult couples. We were able to walk to bus, trolley and ferry transportation options. The neighborhood had everything we needed including a Starbucks a half a block away and the world’s best Beignets 3 blocks down Rampart at Loretta’s. The breakfast beignets are an absolute must. Loved the rental, would very happily stay there again!
