La suite était parfaite pour notre voyage. On nous a bien accommodé avec une petite difficulté dans nos réservations! Personnel très accueillant et sympathique! Cependant, il y a plusieurs frais qui se rajoutent à la facture que nous avons plus ou moins compris ( je pense que c’est l’eau et café à volonté). Constat que de réserver par Expedia ou autre, il y a souvent plusieurs frais additionnels lorsque nous arrivons dans les hôtels!

Très bel hôtel, propre et bien situé. Le personnel est accueillant et souriant. Il est attentionné à tout. Le restaurant est parfait. Les chambres sont propres et tranquilles. La situation géographique est idéale pour la marche, près des quartiers où il y a beaucoup d’ambiance, mais l’hôtel demeure tranquille. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter. On recommande.

J ai apprécié la décoration , la propreté, l ambiance plutôt trendy , clientele plus raffinée qu au Roosevelt a mon avis . Le resto est tres bon. En revanche , un seul ascenseur en service lors de mon séjour et 10 minutes d attente pour pouvoir monter dans sa chambre …c était assez agaçant .

Hotel très bien situé. Hall superbe. Pris très correct. La piscine est top mais l’eau était super froide. Le personnel est très sympa sauf un valet du parking! Parking pas utilisé mais prix assez élevé! Je le recommande car situé non loin de toutes les attractions.

Tres bel hotel quoique un peu cher . Terrase sur le toit super pour profiter de la température et de la piscine. Lit tres confortable et chambre tres bien aménagée. Situee au nord de bourbon street. Tres recommandable

The front desk was quite busy handling check ins and such and they were professional & friendly despite the throng waiting. The bell man were great, very helpful and friendly. My only quibble is there was no coffee maker in the room ( I asked for one and it was brought up). For the price, I thought this hotel was definitely a good value (rooms were comfortable and great location).

I realize that a lot of these issues fall under the "first world problems" category, but when you spend a good chunk of your hard earned money to stay in a luxury hotel, you should get what you pay for. That didn't happen here. - Check-in was rushed even though we were the only ones checking in at the time. No friendly chatter, just "here are your room keys". - The room smelled like old Cheetos. - None of the lights worked except the desk lamp. - The bathroom door wouldn't fully close. - In-room dining was "out of stock" on several basic items. - The footboard of the beds stuck out in such a way that my son has a terrific bruise from running into it several times (it was dark!) All of that I was willing to shrug off until the internet issues started. My son needed the Wi-fi for some schoolwork. He was having trouble getting it going so he called the front desk, and they hung up on him. So I called. 3 times. They didn't answer. I went down to the front desk and was given some troubleshooting steps to try. The steps didn't work. I returned to the front desk where I was told that they couldn't help and I should contact the hotel's ISP. I called the ISP. They started a trouble ticket and assured me someone would reach out within 24 hours. We gave up at this point, packed our things and left. Or tried to. At the front desk, we were told that the computer was down. I had to write my room number and email on a post-it. Still haven't gotten a receipt.

This property is very nice. The only issue was the system went down when checking in, it took two days for us to get keys, and our room was only cleaned once and not daily like it said. Was not sure if I needed to request that it be done everyday. Room was beautiful, the view was ok. Staff very friendly and helpful. We will be back again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great hotel within walking distance of the main tourist areas and transport options like the tram and the buses. Room was huge, rooftop swimming pool was a nice area when the sun got hot. Friendly staff and gave us a late checkout. All in all 10 out of 10
