Complètement déçus et insatisfaits...
Que dire ? Lors de notre réservation, nous avions demandé une chambre non fumeur, avec réfrigérateur. A notre arrivée, il nous est annoncé qu'il ne reste que des chambres fumeurs. Devant notre mécontentement, une chambre non fumeur nous est proposé mais sans réfrigérateur. Nous faisons état de notre désappointement, nous avions fait notre réservation plusieurs mois en avance et le jour même, il ne sont pas capable de proposer la prestation demandées. Surtout que lors de notre réservation, nous avions réservé la chambre pour un tarif de 130$ alors que le jour même le prix était de 80$. à ce prix là nous nous serions à ce que nous avons trouvé... Une chambre basique, avec une flaque d'eau dans l'entrée, des trous de cigarettes sur le couvre-lit, une porte de chambre branlante. Bref, finalement, ils nous avaient vraisemblablement trouvé une chambre en attente de travaux... mais relativement propre... Toutefois, je tiens à souligner les efforts des personnes de l'accueil qui ont fait ce qu'elles ont pu pour trouver une chambre correspondant à nos attentes. Concernant l'environnement, forcément à 80$ l'offre de dernière minute pour remplir l'hôtel, nos voisins étaient des jeunes, cinq dans une même chambre et d'autres étaient tout sauf discret... Au prix que nous avons payé, soit 50$ de plus que les autres, nous aurions souhaité autre chose comme prestation...Et même pas de petit déjeuner Bref très déçus.

The staff gave us wrong keys and she was rude acted like it's inconvenience to help paying customers, noise for whole night and facilities was dirty.

Good and clean for the cost.
The motel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This was greatly appreciated at check-in after driving for eight hours. The motel property was clean and well lit. It was a stop over trip as we were driving from Georgia to Texas. It was Mardi Gras so it was full. The pool was not clean but it was off season. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Our room power outlets did not work so we could not watch tv or power our devices. We plugged them in the bathroom to charge. We only dropped our bags then left so we didn't notice until we returned late at night from New Orleans. We were just there to sleep really. it was what we needed for a one night stay.

No frills/no expectations
Old establishment with zero amenities - no hair dryer, no shower products, towels were threadbare… We were not expecting much, just needed a safe place to sleep in the area. The bed was comfy and overall we felt safe. Made the best of the adventure.

Very friendly staff greeted me upon arrival. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable - great bang for your buck. They didn't have shampoo/conditioner, which was a little inconvenient but otherwise no concerns! :)

There was a problem we could not communication with Anissa only spoke Spanish. Anissa needed a cab but the Parish cab company has you down load a app then book your cab. She told the GM she don't have a phone when she did so we could not set her up with a cab. Also while seating in the lobby she said your mon, dad, sister and brother are stupid. I ask her to please leave the lobby.Paula GM

I booked a queen room for my husband and I to be closer to work for the 2 days we were at another location. Seemed perfect for what we needed. No frills necessary, just BASICS. Basics were NOT PROVIDED! Nor the indicated specifics on the site. Queen bed with Wi-Fi.. this was a must! We were here for work. No Wi-Fi and tiny bed, I asked clerk upon check in for the password and her response; "READ THE SIGN!". NO WI-FI ! Wow, ok. I was too exhausted to argue, I have a hot-spot. (Didn't want to use my data, BUT) Upon entering the room; TINY FULL or DOUBLE BED!!My husband and I have a king, this may as well have been a single bed. I also noticed the 2 thin pillows- went to office and said there was. Mistake, I booked a Queen room. The clerk said, "that's it, all we got!" I couldn't believe this was happening. I asked for 2 extra pillows; the clerk responded, "we only have what is in the rooms, no I can't help you". At this point I'm wondering if this is a joke, but sadly, it wasn't. After spending a MISERABLE 1st NIGHT on the hard, tiny bed with 1 thin pillow; then suffering through work all day exhausted and hurting, I went and purchased pillows for us to have at least half decent night sleep the 2nd and final night. This was not only shocking due to the misrepresentation of the motel amenities; the people screamin in front our window and slamming doors all night. DISGUSTED! Also, refused to return my deposit upon check out.She stated-IF you eligible it'll refund!?!?

It was horrible. I had to switch to three rooms due to the rooms was dirty and the managers was rude about it. Told me not to come back since they wasn’t clean to my standards

HORRIBLE STAY/ WORST PROPERTY
Hotel staff shorten my stay by 2days, saw it was a mistake on their end, and still decided to put my things out. The way the manager handled me was worse than you treat an animal! Instead of apologizing the front desk staff through my personal items on the floor. The manager called me a liar when I brought it to her attention, then she actually saw that I was telling the truth she called the police, yes the police! My makeup was broken and item’s stolen from my room! The manager refused to file the incident report after my several request! When the police arrived they illegally gave them my information (I haven’t committed a crime). I was given a trespass violation! No one has contact me from the property. This was the worst stay ever! ALSO NO WI-FI, NO POOL, DRUGS, Prostitution, NO MICROWAVE, NO REFRIGERATOR. I can’t add the videos!
This is where my belongings were dropped.

This place doesn't even have a refrigerator or a microwave! It's a roadside dive, and I don't care what anyone says this is a joke. The beds feel comfy, but this is just a room with a 30-in TV and a place to pee
