Welcome to the Warehouse District! Here, picturesque store fronts and white tablecloth dining line the streets, music streams through the vibrant streets, and all the attractions that New Orleans has to offer is a short ride away. Embrace the city in your private 3 bedroom apartment with secure entry in a beautifully reimagined historic building.

The experience begins the moment you lay eyes on the welcoming exterior, with its contrasting colors and character. Settle into your elegant living area flooded with natural light from the floor to ceiling windows and take in the high-end furnishings and finishes throughout.

This property abounds with special amenities including a flat screen TV's in the living room, fast and reliable WiFi, small kitchenette, and a shared courtyard. Our bright and open space is the perfect setting for mid-sized groups or families looking to take in the ultimate New Orleans experience! There's also a washer and dryer in the courtyard that you can use during your stay, but please note that it is shared between all four units of the building.

Our modern home can sleep up to 6 guests - Ideal for families or small groups. The bedroom configurations are as follows:

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed

There is no parking included with this stay. There is metered street parking available in the area around the building. Meters must be paid Monday through Saturday from 8AM until 7PM. Outside of those times and all day on Sunday, the street parking is free and meters don't need to be paid. Follow instructions on the meters in the area where you park - there are also instructions on the meters or signage nearby that tell you how to pay online or through the app.

The home is professionally cleaned prior to every stay and stocked with kitchen essentials, bathroom toiletries, linens and towels for your group.

From beautiful sights, taste bud tingling foods, and vibrant live music, who wouldn’t want to visit?! We recommend using public transportation, including streetcars, buses, Uber or Lyft during your stay. For another fun way to explore the area, try Blue Bikes, a ride sharing bike rental all around the city.

Upon acceptance of your reservation, you will receive a welcome letter containing all of the information you need to access the home and ensure your stay is a memorable one! If you have any additional questions, we are available at any time to assist.

**There is a $200 security/damage deposit collected 3 days prior to arrival, and returned shortly after your stay. This is done as a $200 hold on your method of payment, not a full charge. Please see the rental agreement (required to be read and signed before booking) for more details. ***
1. The booking guest must have their ID uploaded to their profile.

2. Please be mindful of the neighbors sleeping. We recommend being quiet after 8:30pm (weekdays including Sundays) and 9:00pm (weekends).

3. While early check-in / late checkout may be available, this must be arranged ahead of time for an extra fee. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $50 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given. Late checkouts MUST be requested before 9PM the day before your departure.

4. Clean towels are a provided amenity. Each guest listed through your reservation will receive 1 bath towel and 1 face towel. We are unable to fulfill requests for additional towels during the duration of your stay. Plan ahead while packing, please bring extra towels if you or any of your guests anticipate needing more.

5. Smoking & vaping in the unit will result in a $500 deodorization fee. Please smoke outside of the property.

6. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws and ILLEGAL. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance. Any guest found to have had a party or over-occupancy will be charged a $1,000 fee for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras present at the property to verify these laws/house rules are not broken. As of May 2022, all platforms have specifically banned parties from their units. Violation of this rule will result in a ban from the platform.

7. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces.

8. Please do not use face towels to remove your makeup. It damages the towel.

9. If the space is left excessively dirty $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $100

10. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 deep cleaning cleaning fee and immediate request to leave. Pet Boarding recommendations available upon request. Both the owner and staff have pet allergies. If traveling with pets please inquire about our pet friendly units.

11. After you’ve read these rules, please send me a message with the words “yellow kangaroo” it will let me know that you have read the rules thoroughly.

12. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from “Locals” at this time. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 60 miles of New Orleans.

13. While we cannot receive any mail or packages to the space we will assist with getting packages shipped to New Orleans if needed.

14. Commercial video and photo shoots are strictly forbidden without prior and authorized consent. Associated day-rate fees, liability waivers and copyright contracts will apply if consent is given.

15. Message us for long term stays.

16. Trash is picked up daily.

17. Please be aware that street parking near the building is not free, you do have to pay.

18. All of our TV's are streaming, we do not provide any account information, you will have to log into your own. Please remember to log out at check out. We do not have cable TV.

19. RVs / Campers / Trailers are not allowed on the premises.

20. External power outlets can not be hooked up to the property under any circumstance.

21. Should you wish to receive an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know the day before and we will determine if it's possible. We require time to prepare the unit for your stay or after your stay for the next guest and sometimes we are unable to accommodate. If we can accommodate, we will charge $25/hour for the additional booking time. This will also be in place for dropping luggage off or leaving your luggage after checkout time has passed. Payment will be requested through the platform after your additional time has been approved.

22. Lost Items: We return lost items for a $75 flat fee.  This is to cover shipping costs, along with the time spent to retrieve & mail your item. If you leave anything at the unit, please let us know immediately.

Jazz Fest Weekend

This condo worked great as home base for 4 adults during Jazz Fest weekend. Check-in/check-out/communication with property managers were all very easy and reliable. The condo was very clean and stocked with the basics. We had one small maintenance issue that was dealt with promptly. The location is great -- walking distance to lots of coffee shops/bars/restaurants, shopping, street car stops, and the French Quarter.

Great Stay!

This was a great place for two friends and I to spend a long weekend as we explored New Orleans. It's nice to be near the French Quarter but in a quieter area. We walked and took street cars and some Ubers and didn't rent a car.

Nice clean but a little deceiving.

We arrive to the apartment. No free parking. There is parking right in front of it but you have pay every two hours. You can pay at the meter or you can download app. The description said free parking. Then when they send you the info after you book they tell you no free parking. The owner was asked for help. And wasn’t helpful. Then we go into the building and we are on the 3rd floor with steep narrow stairs this was very disappointing. One of our guest had knee problems had we know we wouldn’t have booked. That also was not in the description. I contacted the owner and told him it was dishonest but again wasn’t helpful. The apartment was nice and clean. He asked us to leave a 5 star review and I informed him I couldn’t do that. Because of the issues we had and lack of communication. He said that we should have contacted him while we were staying there. Which I replied sir I did. Then no response. So make sure you ask questions. Had I been with my children and my parents I would have had to find a new place. Also one of the bathrooms has a large window that doesn’t seem like it gives you too much privacy at night. Especially since the frost on the window is peeled in a big circle.

Another Great Visit To NOLA

If you are looking for a spot central to getting around NOLA .. look no further! The CBD area is such a great jump off point to hitting all the best restaurants & cocktail bars in either the Garden District or the French Quarter. David’s spot is lovely, clean & stylish .. we thoroughly enjoyed our time in their beautiful space & look forward to being able to book it again.

In town for NBA game

Everything from start to finish was great. Easy to understand instruction on parking, entrance and getting settled in quickly. Location was ideal for our trip to watch the NBA game and also walk to some great dinner spots and the market. Place was as advertised and perfect for our group of four.

Great Rental!

The rental was perfect for a long weekend trip. We had 5 in our party so the 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms was perfect amount of space. The rental is on the 3rd floor and the stairs are very steep, which I missed in the listing.
