Please note that the property contains an upstairs unit, but your accommodations and designated patio are for your exclusive use.

• Parking: Free public street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood on a first-come, first-served basis. The property does not provide a private driveway or designated parking space. Availability is not guaranteed.
• Property Layout: This unit is located on the ground floor of a duplex house. Other occupants may be present in the separate upstairs unit, but guests have exclusive access to their rental unit and designated outdoor patio.
• Occupancy: The unit accommodates up to two guests and features one queen bedroom and one full bathroom.
• Transportation: The Canal Streetcar is located nearby, providing convenient access to other areas of New Orleans. Guests should check current routes and schedules when planning their travels.
• Neighborhood: The property is situated in a residential New Orleans neighborhood where normal neighborhood activity and occasional street noise may be experienced.
• Normal check-in time is 3 pm on the arrival date. Check-ins before 12 pm would require booking the previous night at a discounted rate. Contact the host for details
• Please note that per city permit laws, this home has a noise monitoring device. This is not a recording device, and it only monitors noise levels. Placement of this device was made mandatory by the city.
• Mobility: The home is not ADA accessible.
• Guests are required to electronically sign a rental agreement after booking. Please review the house rules before confirming your stay.
House Rules: 1. We are legally limited to the posted maximum occupancy by local law. For all guests over the maximum limit there will be a $100 per person per night fine. Parties of any kind are illegal per local law. Any guest holding a party will be fined $1,500 for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras with active recording is present at the property to verify these laws are not broken.
2. The booking guest must send a copy of a government issued ID upon booking.
3. Quiet hours 10PM - 8AM. Please remain cognizant and respectful of our neighbors.
4. If you would like early check-in or late checkout, please inquire the day before your stay, and we will let you know if it is possible. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $100 charge for each hour after 11am. If the space is still occupied after this time without a prearranged late checkout, our team will need to enter the property to assist with removing your belongings. If you are not at the property, our our team will gather your items and store them at our office and there will be a $200 fee to retrieve them.
5. Smoking in the unit will result in a $500 Fee to remove the smoke odor from the unit and all upholstery. If the space is left excessively dirty $100 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids including feces will result in a charge of $250. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $500. Do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces. Please use our black makeup towels to remove makeup to avoid damaging white linens/towels.
6. Due to local regulations and Airbnb policy prohibiting parties, `Locals` will be required to pay a $250 refundable deposit for their stay. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 50 miles of New Orleans.
7. Please do not ship packages to yourself as we are not able to receive them at the unit and therefore cannot be responsible for them. We will not be responsible for them in the event they get lost, and will not be responsible for returning them if they are found after your departure.
8. For any items left behind, there will be a $25 fee plus the actual cost of shipping to have it shipped back to you.
9. There is a 500$ minimum fee for commercial photography and filming on the property. Certificates of Insurance for all vendors must also be submitted.
10. While pets are allowed at this listing, they are limited to 3 pets max. unless authorized prior to booking. Pets must be kenneled when left alone if they are not house trained, but should not disturb neighbors. Guests must clean up after pets outside. Pets should not be allowed on beds or furniture.
