L’hôtel est très satisfaisant juste grosse surprise 40 minutes de nouvelle Orleans alors que lors de ma recherche j’avais mis nouvelle orlean donc je pensais arriver et être à proximité mais bon heureusement l’hôtel est nikel !

Only complaint is they have thin walls. Very friendly staff. The walk in shower with shower bench was perfect for a wheelchair user who can not stand/walk.

A night away to relax and unwind
Cons:The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke, the elevator jumped a few times while we were on it so we started taking the stairs. No pool. Our room- the bathroom was not very clean- the floor needed to be swept and the toilet needed to be cleaned. Pros:the staff members were nice, breakfast was good, we were able to check in early.

Mardi Gras Stay
Stayed in a room close to the desk. The team was attentive, I could see my car in the parking lot right out of the window, the breakfast lady was awesome and super helpful, and I was able to visit the gas station out of the back door within a 1 minute walk. After staying at other places near NOLA I will definitely be back. Easy to jump over the bridge and get to Nola without GPS so super convenient for us. Was it the best nicest place ever? No but it was perfect for what we needed, a roof, a bed, and a hot shower with free breakfast. PERFECT for us.

The hotel employees where nice but the room was dirty the cleaners never cleaned hair on bed sheets and pillows ac didn’t work

This hotel is very nice and clean. My only problem is that I could easily hear noises from the room next to mine, which kept me from getting a good sleep.

The staff was very nice and my wife upgraded me to a queen size Suite 205. The room was nice, but there was a dead roach on my bathroom floor. Everything else was fine.

The room can get some upgrades to appliances like a modern microwave and refrigerator. Nothing wrong with the beds, I just don't like huge mirrors as headboards. It makes it inconvenient to sit write up resting on the headboard.
