Guests will have exclusive and uninterrupted access to the entirety of the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom space including balcony overlooking Magazine street (along several parade routes during Mardi Gras!), rear balcony, living/dining room, Kitchen, and laundry. Note this home is a duplex and the entire bottom is occupied by other residents while the entire upper floor is the space being offered.

**Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. For check-in's from 1pm - 4:00pm, it's an extra $50 to have an extra cleaner assist with servicing the property. Check-in's before 1pm would require booking the previous night at a much discounted rate. Contact host for details.
**Exterior cameras present to verify guest occupancy. No off street or reserved parking provided, however, the is ample street parking on nearby side streets and on Magazine Street (apart from special events such as Mardi Gras).
**Street parking is not guaranteed and if you choose to utilize street parking please be considerate of city and state laws.
**Our space is not handicapped accessible or ADA compliant
**Pack-n-play/highchairs must be reserved.
**Note this space is the Entire Second Floor of the home
**Please note that per city permit laws, this home has an internal noise monitoring device. This is not a recording device, and it only monitors noise levels. Placement of this device was made mandatory by the city.
**We require a separate Rental Agreement and Virtual Check-in forms to be e-signed and completed after your booking.

**Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed cancellation period will be issued minus the Stripe processing fee.
