Hotel a Slidell
Hotel recommandable , chambre ok accueil très bien , déjeuner pourrait être plus organise et avec plus de choix on n'avait l'impression qu'il comptabilisait le stock. Pour le reste le prix était plus intéressant qu'a Nouvelle Orléans malgré le trajet pour s'y rendre Endroit tranquille

Mauvaise adresse en plus d une propreté douteuse. Ascenceur avec un plancher très sales. Nous avons perdu 30 min. A chercher l hotel.

Disappointed. Went to the 3rd floor where room was located and it was like 90 degrees in the hallway. The carpet was filthy and smelled in addition to not laying flat so had to be careful not to trip. The door to the room had huge gaps all around it so couldn’t keep the room as cool as wanted.

This property is older and a bit run down. However, it has the friendliest and most welcoming staff. Everybody i ran into was so welcoming, from the housekeeping to the check in to the lady who set out the breakfast. The breakfast was also noteworthy, especially the homemade bisciuts for the biscuits snd gravy. All in all, i would stay there again just for the welcoming staff and biscuits!

Not enough parking. It was comfortable and quiet. We only stayed one night. It was perfect for what we needed. The staff was great. They made sure we had our room even though we didn’t get there til 10pm, because my daughter graduated high school in Hammond. After an 8 hour drive from Kentucky, we needed exactly what we got. The breakfast was great. The room was clean. The best thing was the way the room is reserved without payment. I only wish we’d had more time to fully enjoy our stay. Thanks so much.

We booked this hotel for the hot tub. The first two days no key was available for that area, only to find out that didn't matter, the hot tub didn't work anyway.

Really nice room. Really clean. Hard to find though. No sign. And DO NOT CONTINUE down the access road if you drive a big vehicle. It completely dead ends . I had to turn around a 45' long f350 and trailer at the end of it with no place to do it. Not fun especially when you're exhausted

Staff were very friendly, but the pillows were small and lumpy; we were too tired to ask for anything else after a very long day of driving. The facility is clearly older; the shower faucet was broken and almost came out of the wall when we started up the shower. The main reason we booked the hotel was because of breakfast provided and a hot tub. Hot tub hours were not good; closes at 7! Did not get to hotel in time to even use it. Breakfast was ok. Again staff were kind, just was not impressed with the facility.

Staff was very friendly and helpful but maintenence sermed lacking. My first room had a very loud fan on HVAC unit so i had to move to another room where the TV didn’t work. Front desk person had to come to room to reset and rescan TV. No phones in room so it meant 3 trips from 3rd floor to front desk to resolve the issues. It had been a long day of travel so i was definitely not Happy.

This property is a little worn as far as paint condition goes. Staff is very professional. Breakfast was good but the same both mornings we were there.
