You had anticipated a room with double beds but instead, the arrangement constituted a primary bed and a sofa-bed. Room allocations can sometimes be challenging given the unique configuration of our rooms and the adherence to specific guest preferences. Nonetheless, we are dedicated to meeting our guests' expectations as much as possible.Efforts are continually made to ensure that all our guests have a comfortable stay and every room allocation is done to maximize comfort and convenience for our guests. The property was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly, the only thing I didnt like about the property was the breakfast. the one day I did go down there it wasnt anything to my liking there. Other than that the stay was great.

Trash in our room like someone had been in there hanging out before us. Valet parking wasn't the best. They didn’t act like they cared if you were staying there or not.

Great hotel and great area! Close to everything and if you Uber it's affordable. Hotel bar is very good and front desk took care of all of our needs. Valet is a little slow, but still got the job done, and felt that my vehicle was safe. Would stay here again!

This location was Great! Close to the shopping areas and events. Initially, there was an issue with the room I booked and the manager at the location reached out to me to explain and rectified the matter. I was pleased with the breakfast options and this location was in the cut next to a park. I will recommend this location and will book this hotel the next time I come to New Orleans.

Before booking hotel website states parking available which is not true. You have to valet park for an extra fee. Only 2 people working in valet and takes an extremely long time to drop off and pick up vehicle. Stayed on the 7th floor and whole floor reeked of marijuana. I had my kids with me and they asked me what is that smell. Smell was extremely strong. Breakfast is over too early at 9:30.

The hotel is in great location to convention center. We had a 3am wakeup call with fire alarms then next day the entire facility lost room lock functions. Maintenance was great with communication and responsiveness to get it fixed quickly.

We stayed here the night before Our Norwegian cruise. They have a shuttle to the cruise ship. The continental breakfast is to die for tons of options. It’s quiet. If only if there was one thing I could say that was kind of a bummer was their bar is only open from 5 PM until they close. We had to check out at 11 which is normal and OK. But We didn’t get on the shuttle until 130 so it would’ve been nice to be able to go in the bar area and have a nice glass of wine or a beer while we waited for our shuttle time but the bar was closed. There was a lot of people in the lobby waiting for their shuttle and I think they could’ve made some serious money if they would’ve had a bartender there. But overall, we would definitely stay there Before our next cruise.

Stayed 2 nights , room never cleaned . Never even saw housekeeping person .

Kevin, we regret to hear about your recent experience concerning the upkeep of your room. It's our goal to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. We do fully service rooms after two days stay, but we are always available and more than willing to pick up any trash, refresh towels, make beds, etc. should a guest request it. Feel free to contact the front desk immediately during future stays should any issues arise. We hope to get another chance to serve you better.

Pros: excellent front desk staff, decor was welcoming and warm, convention center is across the street, good breakfast, although it’s a bit congested at the waffle bar (hey, ya gotta have waffles…) Cons: Valet/Concierge staff were not very helpful as we were struggling with our bags; did not offer a baggage carriage, had to walk all the way to front desk to ask for one, only to be informed h they were at the valet station!
