Living space
Natural light moves through the home's classic shotgun layout, where original character sits alongside comfortable, updated furnishings. The living room is built for settling in after a day out - stream a show on the Smart TV or gather around the in-home bar to mix up a NOLA cocktail with friends.

Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms each come with their own full bathroom, giving every guest privacy and easy access without sharing. Both rooms are outfitted with bed linens, clothing storage, and hangers, set up comfortably for up to four guests.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking real meals, not just reheating takeout - a fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and the cooking basics (pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper) are all here, along with crockery, cutlery, wine glasses, a toaster, baking sheet, kettle, and coffee maker. Pull everyone together around the dining table for breakfast before heading out, or a slower dinner at the end of the day.

Bathroom
Each of the two full bathrooms comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hot water, and a hairdryer, so you can travel light.

Outdoor living
The private patio is furnished for lingering - quiet mornings with coffee, or a relaxed evening outside before heading back in. It's a simple extension of the home that makes the most of Bywater's laid-back pace.

Good to know
A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for longer stays, along with an iron for pressing things before you head out. Air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and heating keep the space comfortable across seasons, and a dedicated workspace is on hand if you need to get some work done. The home offers self check-in via smart lock, free on-street parking, and a private entrance - all on a single level, with no stairs to navigate. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are in place for peace of mind, and a travel cot, board games, and babysitter recommendations are available for guests traveling with little ones.
