Hotel tout a fait convenable dans sa categorie. L essentiel y etait. La dame qui sert le petit dejeuner n etait pas tres souriante . La.piscine est un peu petite. Elle suffit pour des enfants.

Great place to stay! Absolutely gorgeous and well situated. The kids loved the pool and the fire pit. Will definetely go again if travelling to New Orleans.

Hôtel bien situé, à 20 min du Vieux Carré et à moins de 5 minutes du centre commercial. La déco est plutôt sombre mais la chambre est propre et fonctionnelle. Bonne connexion wifi. Beaucoup de places de parking. Petit déjeuner très correct, le menu du coin salé variait tous les jours. Seul petit bémol personnel du petit-déjeuner peu agréable, je devais presque la supplier pour avoir une dosette de confiture en plus. Sinon le personnel à la réception était accueillant et souriant.

Très bon hôtel mais vraiment trop bruyant
Les chambres sont très propres. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien. Il y a un espèce de patio avec un feu le soir c'est très sympa. En revanche l'hôtel est composé de deux parties un bâtiment principal et un autre bâtiment avec un patio. À l'intérieur du patio il y a des chaises et des tables ce qui est très très bruyant les gens hurlent boivent donc très très difficile de dormir. Ce qui est fort dommage puisque l'hôtel pourrait être tout à fait sympa. Jusqu'à 2h du matin je n'ai pas réussi à dormir parce que continuellement des gens rentraient faisaient du bruit rigolaient, criaient dans le patio. Exiger d'être dans le bâtiment principal si vous voulez dormir tranquillement

I booked a hotel room, but instead it was like a motel. My room was not located inside the hotel, my room was located on an external part of hotel, with the door outside. I did not feel safe. If I had known I would have a external room, I would never have booked this hotel.

Dear Angela,Our room descriptions do describe our rooms as courtyard rooms the rooms do face the courtyard but that area is enclosed and secure 24 hours a day. If you do pick us for another chance we do offer Suites located in the main building.

The lobby, pool and courtyard were pretty decent. So was the room but there were cracks in the cabinet and room service never cleaned our room our entire 4 day stay.

This property is located near I-10, but not noisy. Its very unassuming & if you're not careful youll drive right by. The bed was surprisingly comfortable with a variety of pillows. The bathroom was spacious for an older hotel. They have obviously remodeled & do their best to keep the property clean. There is an outdoor pool, we didn't get the opportunity to use it, but it was clean & well kept.They offer breakfast. Located close to a mall & many restaurants. Overall we were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable & safe this hotel was.

My stay was ok, but I’ve stayed at better properties for lower the price. Granted it was Jazz Festival weekend. The room had fresh linens, towels and hot water but the road in front of the hotel is full of traffic due to construction. The room felt and smelled damp my entire stay. Unfortunately, the window unit in my room kept the room cool but the humidity was still high. I was put in a room in front of the ice maker, so I got to hear that through out the day/night. The complimentary breakfast was excellent though. They have a nice selection of hot and cold options to eat.

This was my second visit, as I came for Jazz festival last year as well. I was in a quieter spot in the hotel last year, but when I spoke with the desk staff about some noisy people next door to my room, they took care of it. In general, the property is in good shape. Could use new outdoor carpeting in the pool area. This location is convenient if you don’t want to drive, as a bus stops very near to the hotel, and a single straightforward transfer has you downtown in short order. I would likely book here again.

I've stayed here several times and it's always been pleasant. This time, there was an issue with no running water for a time, but it was doable and we were advised as soon as we checked in.

The efficiency of service. The room was spacious. parking was easy Quick and convenient. Check in and check out was a breeze despite the extra fee and tax in person but i understand needing collateral for any nuisances. No noise. Breakfast being included was a bonus.

During my stay, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience. Firstly, upon entering the room, I was dismayed to find stained bedding and linens. This was not only unsightly but also concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. Additionally, I was surprised to discover that housekeeping services were not provided during my stay, leaving me to address the stained bedding and linen myself. I was provided with only two sheets to make the bed, which further added to my frustration and discomfort. I had to sleep on a stained bed with sheets layered over it.
