North of the noise and saturated color of the Quarter is a New Orleans neighborhood that’s perfected the art of living. “Welcome to Mid-City,” read the signs on the neutral ground. And that’s truth in advertising. It’s the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil and a total stranger may buy you a drink at an Irish pub or a cannoli at an Italian bakery. Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. Buttermilk biscuits. Live music. A bowl of Vietnamese pho. Who wouldn’t want to visit? Eat. Drink. Get up here.

Natural light fills this inviting Mid-City home, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for relaxing after a day exploring New Orleans. Whether you’re in town for a festival, game day, or a work trip, this space offers comfort and convenience just steps from the city’s best attractions.

Sleeping arrangements
The home features three comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished for restful nights. With three beds and two full bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for up to six guests to unwind. Extra pillows, blankets, and room-darkening shades ensure a peaceful sleep, while ample clothing storage and hangers help you settle in with ease.

Kitchen & dining
Prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with a Whirlpool stainless steel gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cooking basics you need. Enjoy your morning coffee from the Keurig coffee machine, and gather around the dining table for shared meals. Wine glasses, baking sheets, and a full set of dishes and silverware make it easy to entertain or enjoy a quiet night in.

Living spaces
The cozy living room invites you to relax by the electric fireplace or stream your favorite shows on the 50-inch HDTV with Roku and Netflix. Board games are available for a fun night in, and a dedicated workspace provides a spot to catch up on emails if needed. Central air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable year-round.

Outdoor living
Step outside to your private patio, complete with a fire pit—perfect for unwinding in the evenings. The single-level layout and private entrance make coming and going simple, and the driveway offers parking for up to three vehicles. Free street parking and a paid garage nearby provide additional options.

Located just four blocks from the streetcar and a 15-minute walk to the Caesars Superdome, you’re perfectly positioned for festivals, parades, and events. Trader Joe’s, University Medical Center, and Lafitte Greenway are all nearby, making it easy to explore the neighborhood on foot.
