This two-story Bywater home gives your group of six a spacious, well-equipped base for all of it: five king bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a location that puts one of the city's most celebrated neighborhoods right outside your front door.

The space
Laid out across two floors, the home is light-filled and open, with enough room for everyone to find their own rhythm between outings. The living area is a comfortable place to settle in, and a dedicated workspace is available for anyone who needs to stay connected.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms - each furnished with a king-size bed - are spread across both levels: four on the ground floor and one upstairs. The arrangement gives your group flexibility around how much closeness or privacy they want. Three and a half bathrooms make busy mornings easy to navigate.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is well-stocked for anything from a quick morning coffee to a full group dinner. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, baking sheet, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and a dining table for everyone. A washer and dryer are also on hand.

Staying comfortable
Air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable through any New Orleans weather. Wifi is included, and everyday essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, hangers, and an iron - are all stocked and ready. For peace of mind, the home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
