    2 chambres à coucher 2 bains. SANS FUMÉE. PAS D'ANIMAUX (sans approbation préalable et dépôt. Propriétaire allergique). AUCUN ENFANT DE MOINS DE 10 ANS. La maison est entièrement recouverte de moquette. Beaucoup de commodités. Le maître a un lit King. Chambre d'hôtes a un lit queen. Le porche avant est blindé et conçu pour les magnifiques levers de soleil sur le lac et les pleines lunes la nuit. Café le matin. Brandy la nuit. .

    Les fauteuils de théâtre inclinables en cuir rouge sont parfaits pour regarder la télévision ou un film. Cuisine entièrement équipée. Cafetière et café. Laveuse et sécheuse. Grillades en plein air (propane).

    Grande maison relaxante. Situé dans la forêt nationale d'Uwharrie. Beaucoup d'excursions d'une journée pour le voyageur. Pêche, randonnée, vélo, mines d'émeraude, Reed Gold Mine, NC State Zoo à Asheboro, Charlotte Motor Speedway, Morrow Mountain State Park, NC Wine Tour et plusieurs terrains de golf.

    La communauté a une rampe de mise à l'eau privée avec un parking séparé pour les véhicules et les remorques hors propriété. Vous n'êtes pas autorisé à laisser votre véhicule et votre remorque à la rampe de mise à l'eau. Parking en haut de la rue. Lancement de bateau env. 5 minutes de la maison. Allez encore quelques pâtés de maisons et il y a un quai de pêche communautaire.

    Apportez votre bateau ou votre embarcation personnelle. Il y a un chemin circulaire devant la maison où vous pouvez garer votre bateau et votre remorque. Véhicules uniquement dans cette allée. C'est très raide.

Beverly is the absolute best! This may be the most well-stocked rental I have ever been in. I came equipped with things I didn’t even need to use. The house is cozy and welcoming, and the location is perfect for lake viewing. She has also included labels and notes throughout the house that are genuinely so, so helpful and thoughtful! She is extremely communicative in a timely manner – we were so appreciative of our entire experience. Highly recommend it!

The home was really nice. It was just my husband and me but it would also work well for two couples or a family given the separate bedroom and bathroom in the back. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals and the recliners were fun for TV or movie viewing. The host was super responsive and the lake area is lovely.

You are constantly watched by this host, very little privacy as come and go from thw property. The air conditioning is terrible and there are stipulations in the agreement about how you are required to adjust the temperature throughout the day. The new place we found is so much better! Would not recommend this one.

Very nice home, very cute. Close to the water with a quick access to the boat ramp. Host was very nice and gave us information before hand and answered very quickly. Great place to stay. We will be coming back when we are in the area again!

Get away for a wedding

We had an amazing time. The place is great! It has everything you can ever need. We got it to be closer to a wedding we were attending. We really enjoyed and highly recommend it. The owner was great and keep in contact to be sure we had everything we needed, etc.

Beverly is an excellent hostess. Totally on top of her place. It’s clean and comfortable. Fully stocked. Comfortable beds. She opens up her home to you. Plus, the Badin Lake area is beautiful. I would highly recommend this property if you plan to be in the area.

Bevs Badin place

Bev was a very gracious host. She checked on us prior to our arrival and during our stay. She was quick to respond if we had questions. The house is very well kept. Kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you may need including some basic condiments. I will definitely stay at her place again and recommend it to others

Closing on new house

Needed a few days stay to do a walkthrough and close on our new house! Found Beverly’s property and thought this would be perfect. Very comfortable and lovely place, kitchen is very nice and very well equipped! She had a lot of little things others do not consider,she obviously paid attention to detail!Furniture in Beverly’s place is beautiful! Was better than the pictures,master bed and bath is pretty nice and roomy! The whole place is spacious, wonderful stay! Thank you Beverly! Loved it! Definitely will recommend this place to family and friends!

Nice property!

We had a very nice experience at this property. Bonus was the sleep number bed in the master bedroom. The carpet in the living room is so plush and soft. We use the property as our homebase to go to the NC zoo and the Greensboro science Center/zoo/aquarium. the kitchen was so well stocked. And we loved the notes on the cabinets telling us where things are. I don’t think the hosts missed anything you may need in the kitchen. Very enjoyable, stay! Highly recommended.

Amazing Stay

Beverly and her rental were wonderful. Even though she was without power due to Hurricane Ian, Beverly checked in on us several times to make sure we were comfortable, and even turned the heat on when it got too cold in the house (thanks again for that!). She's an absolute sweetheart! The house is super cozy and has a wonderful view. We didn't realize the master bed was a Sleep Number until the second day - so make sure you look for the remote in the nightstand! We will definitely go back to visit this lovely home! Thanks again, Beverly - we appreciate you so much!!!

Unfortunate

Beverly was flexible in allowing me to bring our 3 small dogs with us, which was greatly appreciated! When we arrived there was a dead cockroach in the bathtub, mouse droppings behind the sink on the counter in the kitchen, a small bug in the freshly made bed, and either a nest of bugs or more droppings visible behind the bed. I was willing to be flexible with one of those things, maybe two, but everything together made it impossible for us to stay in the house. I had to find a pet friendly hotel at 2am and pay for a second rental. When I reached out to Beverly to explain what we found, with photos, she was unwilling to refund our stay. She was defensive and told me that is just part of a house in the country. She was unwilling to see the situation from my perspective, never once apologized or tried to make it right. There is no possible way that I can recommend anyone to safely stay at this rental.

Quiet and scenic

My girlfriend and I needed a weekend away, and we happened upon this cute and spacious home at the north end of Lake Badin. There were 2 parking options, one with room enough for a boat, if we had one with us, and there are a number of public boat ramps within a 5 mile radius. The place was immaculate and comfy, with 2 bedrooms and 1 medium-sized bathroom. If we hadn’t brought leftovers with us, we would have surely cooked in the kitchen, but reheating food went smoothly in the heavy duty le Creuset pots provided. Good knives and plenty of condiments and staples were also found for furthering the potential cooking. The den/living area had a bank of leather recliner chairs with cupholders, and we watched some DishTV in comfort while we ate our meals. The house is situated either within or just adjacent to Uwharrie National Forest, so there are lots of outdoorsy possibilities, but it was pretty rainy while we were there, so our exploring was mostly in a 4wd vehicle, so we took lots of pretty pictures on the many gravel roads. We never lost GPS signal on these more remote roads, so hard maps weren’t necessary, like they can be for less-gridded areas of the country. Beverly was attendant to our very few needs that weren’t explicitly stated, but mostly she just bid us a good relaxing time, and that’s just what we had. Highly recommended!
