« We had a wonderful family vacation! The house is large enough for a family yet still has a cozy layout to give everyone individual space. The kitchen is will equipped for cooking and a nice grill outside. A large deck with a huge dock for swimming and boating. Easy to communicate with the owners whom are nice and accommodating. A beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the lake and I will definitely rent again! »

« Overall a great place to stay. We are a family of 5 and we had plenty of room in the cabin. The kids loved all of the campground amenities. We were only 15 minutes from the zoo. The only issue I run into was check-in. I feel like that process needs to be better explained in the welcome message. Great stay, would stay there again. »

« University Mill House was the perfect location while attending events at Cabarrus Arena. Susan was so responsive from the initial booking stages and throughout the stay. Immaculately clean, so much attention has been given to details of anything you may need from a sound machine, aromatherapy diffuser, dual kitchen decanter/kcup, fast brew hot water tea pot and every utensil imaginable.
