Welcome to Time Out, a comfortable 4-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental located in a quiet neighborhood just 2 miles from downtown New Buffalo, Michigan. This inviting home is the ideal retreat for families or friends looking to relax, explore, and enjoy the best of Southwest Michigan.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious layout with plenty of room to unwind, including a fun game area with a ping pong table for friendly competition. Outside, the large deck is perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails, and the fire pit sets the scene for cozy nights under the stars. The fully fenced yard offers a safe space for children to play.

Conveniently located near New Buffalo’s beaches, shops, and restaurants, you’re also just a short drive from the Four Winds Casino, New Buffalo Golf Club, and several championship golf courses. For even more excitement, the Michigan City outlet mall, Indianan Dunes and Blue Chip Casino are nearby, offering great shopping and entertainment options.

Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

- All Guests required to sign and return our Guest Occupancy Agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Policy may vary per booking channel. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure.
