Zero cleaning
PLUS: Very friendly staff always there to help you with restaurant booking/suggestions, tour and airport transfer. Rooms are fairly spacious. Weakness: Last hotel on the strip so expect to walk 500m every time to the restaurants and center of town. There was strictly no cleaning for 3 days apparently due to covid. No change of towels or bed sheets not throwing the trash but it seems that all other hotels in goreme had cleaning maid services.

Hotel bien entretenu, personnel souriant, location intéressante et vue magnifique. Attention ce n'est pas un "cave hotel" il faut spécifier si vous voulez dormir dans une grotte. La majorité des chambres sont de belles grandes chambres fenêtrées régulières.

Absolument superbe ! l'hotel est bien situé et les chambres sont magnifiques, la nourriture est géniale buffet du soir et du matin parfait. Le gérant du restaurant a été au petit soin avec nous vraiment apprécié. La personne au spa , jeune demoiselle ```KANITA`` a aussi fait une difference lors de notre séjour de manière positive. Rapport qualité prix super. Merci a tout le personnel !!

Dans cette jolie petite ville, l’hôtel est impeccable ! Très proche du centre, il faut 5mn pour rejoindre tous les points d’activité ! Le vue est magnifique et les chambres sont très propres !

Séjour de quatre nuits
Un séjour de quatre nuits dans cet hotel à bonne réputation mais qui commence à être défraîchie. Deux chaises flanquées sur notre superbe belle terrasse manquait un peu de charme. Nous avons demandé une table patio et on nous a apporté une petite table d'appoint d'intérieur qui a mal supportée la pluie diluvienne de la nuit. De plus, le bain coulait et une marre d'eau s'accumulait sur le carrelage qui en avait vue d'autre. Le personnel gentil et le petit dèjeuner correct. Dommage car l'édifice est bien et l'emplacement aussi.

Go to Goreme Kaya Hotel
I strongly recommend this hotel. A little bit outside of the city (5 minutes walk), this is a calm place. The hotel is clean and the staff helpful. To give you an idea, once we had checkout and paid, they offered something to drink!

Freundliches Personal, die Verständigung erfolgte allerdings eher mit Händen und Füßen, da nur wenige Englisch sprachen. Ging im Endeffekt aber auch. Der Roomservice (Reinigung) war sehr früh da (teilweise kurz nach 8 Uhr), weshalb wir die Reinigungskraft baten, etwas später nochmal zu kommen. Dies erfolgte dann leider nicht, was wir auf die Verständigungsprobleme schieben.

We were lucky to stay at Goreme Kaya Hotel while we were in Goreme. The hotel is well known to locals/taxi so that tells you enough about its repuation. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. They have a wonderful restaurant with reasonable prices and delicious food. The free breakfast we got with our stay was well worth it. Walking distance to other restaurants was also reasonable, about a 5 minute walk away. The hotel also gave us a breakfast after checkout which was really nice considering we had an early flight that day. The only thing that was not ideal was the floors in the hallway of the second floor. They were not even and we almost tripped a couple times. But other than that, we have nothing to complain about.

We hardly liked anything about this hotel besides its location!! Inexperienced staff, sometimes rude with no sufficient English fluency. Poor customer service at the reception desk and at the restaurant. Mediocre food quality at high price. Bed sheets and pillows have stains. Bathtub leaks water into the floor. Dirty carpet in the hallways leading to the rooms. Some hallways move under your feet with squeaky noise. Finally a cat will follow you to your room!!

This hotel was amazing! The room and view were so beautiful. The staff went out of their way to help us celebrate our 2 year anniversary, and they were always so kind and helpful. The breakfast with traditional Turkish food was delicious. The wifi was not the greatest, but we were outside a majority of the time, so it was not a dealbreaker for us. We enjoyed our stay so much and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Güzel bir haftaiçi tatili
Girişimizden itibaren misafir ilişkileri, resepsiyon, f&b personeli konaklamamızın sonuna kadar her türlü isteğimize ve sorumuza cevap verdiler. Bölgede yapılabilecek etkinlikler konusunda yardımcı oldular ve otel vasıtasıyla tercih ettiğimiz etkinliklerde otelden alış ve bırakma hizmetleri sağlandı. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemekleri lezzet olarak gayet iyiydi. Ayrıca zaman zaman odaya yapılan küçük ikramlıklar oldu. Konaklamamız boyunca en hoşnut olmadığım şey menemenin içindeki domatesin kabuklarının olmasıydı onun dışında her şey çok güzeldi. Tüm otel çalışanlarına emekleri ve güler yüzlerinden dolayı tekrar teşekkürler.

Everything here was great, fortunately we have got free upgrade to their best suites in the hotel. You can literally book every attraction in the area right at the front desk. Spa was incredible, staff is very friendly and breakfast was delicious.

I would give this property 10 stars out of five. Location is excellent, walking distance to all restaurants, and the best of all is the customer guest relations director Miss. Sehriban. She was communicating before the trip, telling us of things we can do, balloon rides etc. She made our stay so easy, right from organisizing a shuttle pickup and drop off to airport, and the tours. Always smiling, making last minute changes without any fuss. The Included Breakfast was amazing too. Made to order eggs and the best bread. We stayed in the non cave room. I would heartily recommend this place. Once again Miss Sehriban was in constant communication with us and made us so much more comfortable in taking the trip

This place was fantastic. I would tell or explain if something wasn’t right but, everything was spot on. Goreme Kaya Hotel, is a traffic facility with great staff, excellent food a fantastic spa, pool and specially the culture of the place. The ownership must really have it together. I have only good things to say

İyi dizayn edilmiş odalara sahip, hizmet kültürü oturmuş bir otel. Zamanla mobilyaları eskimiş, revizyona ihtiyacı var. Konumu, yemekleri, personeli, temizliği çok iyi. Fiyat performansı da iyi. Aileyle kalınabilir bir otel.
