Le staff très gentil est chaleureux. Ils sont attentifs à tout. L’endroit très calme pour se reposer, une très belle vue et proche de tout. La chambre est sublime et très propre. Il nous a rien manqué. Buffet déjeuner à ne pas rater et il y avait plusieurs variétés.

Cappadoce est une région incroyable et impressionnante. Originale. Qui vaut le détour . Notre hôtel était très jolie avec une qualité de service et de propreté plus que correct. Personnel agréable et disponible. Petit déjeuner correct Il faut que savoir que cette région est faite de montagne et que malheureusement les hôtels peuvent se trouver en hauteur et se n’est pas spécifié dans la description. Si vous y allez en famille avec enfant l’accès à l’hôtel du centre peut devenir très sportif . Cet hôtel avait une localisation parfaite . À plat au centre au ville ce qui nous permettait de nous promener le soir . Un roof top qui vaut le détour avec un spot à l’aube lors de la levé des ballons J’y retournerai !

Parfait
Nous avons passé deux très belles nuit, l’hôtel est superbe, parmi les plus beaux de ceux que j’ai vus à Goreme et le personnel tres gentil. La deuxième nuit n’était pas prévue, nous l’avons réservée à la dernière minute et le manager a trouvé une solution très vite. Il nous a même donné une plus grande chambre ! L’hôtel est très bien placé. Je recommande fortement!

Très bel hotel cave typique. Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Aucune odeur d'humidité. Excellent accueil- Personnel très disponible- Petit déjeuner buffet turque délicieux, riche et varié, la cheffe cuisinière dégageait une belle aura solaire et positive. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

We loved our stay at Hera Cave Suites. We had 3 rooms, one on the ground floor great for those tired after a long day of hiking. The upper floors offered beautiful views. The breakfast was wonderful. Our tours and hiking were convenient from the hotel and many marvelous dining options within a 10 minute walk.

The hotel is lovely with lots of areas to sit outside and relax. The location is perfect and walkable to central Goreme and all the restaurants without having to deal with steep roads. Staff is kind and helpful. We booked a sunset ATV tour with the hotel for a fair price and hotel pickup was included which was great! The only thing I would let future visitors know is that if you book a shuttle transfer with them to/from airport, they will say you can only pay the driver in Euros however we saw them all take Turkish Liras which could have saved us some money since it cost us more converting CAD to EUR vs TL.

I got a complimentary upgrade which started out an amazing stay at Hera Cave. The King suite is huge and has great outdoor space. The common areas have great views of Goreme. Fatih made our stay really special and would make us a bonfire and generally went above and beyond during our stay. The rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a very walkable location. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful cave hotel! Bathroom is immense- like having your own hamam. Staff is friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast with many options. You can see the balloons taking off in the morning from the hotel.

What a wonderful place! The staff was very kind and accommodating! The rooms were exquisite and the exterior of the hotel is magnificent. We thoroughly enjoyed Cappadocia and the staff helped us book most of our activities! They even provided us an early breakfast since we had an early flight to catch! Amazing!

My teens and I had a great stay at the Hera cave suites. We had some bad experiences coming from Istanbul and were very glad to have arrived at the Hera. Alper at the front desk was super efficient , helpful and proactive. He gave us very good advise on dining, transportation and tour packages and was ever helpful. Nilufer at front desk was lovely, kind and always smiling! A shout- out too to the friendly front desk/ bellboy Fateh- he knew we were tired upon arrival and offered to take us to a restaurant we chose via a short cut. He always stops to chat a bit when he see him. All in , the staff at Hera made our cappadocia trip a great experience. Thank you !!

We had an excellent stay at Hera Cave Suites. Vulcan at the front desk was particularly very helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean. Bed comfortable. Very nice experience in a cave hotel. The staff in the breakfast room were also very polite.

Las habitaciones están de buen tamaño y muy bonitas . Una excelente opción en Cappadocia ya que las habitaciones están hechas como cueva pero baños e instalaciones modernas y de primera. Definitivamente lo recomiendo tanro para viajes familiares como de pareja.

Was a nice stay in a very unique cave room. The breakfast was okay (they really need to ditch the instant coffee for a fresh grind machine). The staff are very helpful and made sure that any concerns were addressed quickly. We would stay here again.

The front desk is very helpful and kind, we arrived 4am and were allowed to check in without extra charge. The breakfast are Turkish style, the omelette is not greasy like in US.

It's a lovely hotel in the heart of Goreme. Staff was very helpful except for the room upgrade. Even though the hotel was half empty we were denied an upgrade as a VIP expedia member. Something they can look into. Other than that everything was A , breakfast was wonderful and the location is absolutely amazing. We'll definitely stay again here.

Dreamy hotel in magical Cappadocia.
What a lovely hotel in an amazing location. Price was reasonable for such an upscale hotel. We had the deluxe suite and it really lived up to our standards. Huge room, comfortable bedding, double jacuzzi, amazing views as balloons fly overhead and visible from the terrace. The front desk staff were beyond accommodating and helpful. Totally recommend this hotel!
