« The place is creepy There are no signs that says it is the Property. It was very confusing. I finally saw a sign at a different parking area with the street number on it. I did not feel comfortable staying there My gut was telling me not to stay there. When I did check in there was no one at the front desk so I had to call out before someone came to help me. They were not very friendly. I do not recommended staying there. »

« Parking was a bit tight but secure. Our parking pass was waiting on the doorway when we got in. We received a text early on telling us how to proceed. We had asked for an hour early checkin and were able to check in early. This check in was pretty seamless! »

« A wonderful place to feel at home away from home. Excellent hot breakfast with fruit salad and friendly conversation. A beautifully renovated large old country home in the middle of a rural village. Definitely will be back. »

« Late arroval with 2 huge luggage's and the person at the desk give us a room at the 3rd level... without elevator !!! We reclam to use one who go only at the second floor! Then the A/C in the room 1304 make a noise! It looks like sleeping near a plane! horrible! And the windows are not double glazing so with the road in front it was a disaster! We were so enthousiastic by seeing the pictures and at the end so deeply disappointed. »

« The Omni William Penn was absolutely old school elegant. The property was gorgeous and well cared for. There was a reasonably priced parking lot which we selected instead of valet parking. The location was wonderful with many great restaurants nearby. It was our first visit to Pittsburgh and the Omni William Penn was one of the many highlights of our trip. Treat yourself to memorable elegance!!!! »
