Adorable deux personnes Bungalow au centre-ville de Nevada City

Un chalet adorable et privé dans le centre-ville de Nevada City - à seulement 5-6 minutes à pied des boutiques, galeries, cafés, bars, restaurants et événements de la charmante et historique Nevada City. Le bungalow Downtown comprend une chambre avec un lit en mousse à mémoire de forme queen, une télévision haute définition à écran plat, un placard et une chaise. La salle de bain comprend shampoing bio, revitalisant, gel douche et lotion, ainsi qu'un sÚche-cheveux et serviettes de luxe. La cuisine a une configuration complÚte, y compris un cÎne de café, presse à café, moulin à café, presse-agrumes et tous les appareils, casseroles et plats dont vous avez besoin pour votre séjour. Un barbecue à gaz est sur le patio. Il y a une salle à manger et belle terrasse en plein air pour votre café du matin ou aprÚs-midi cocktail. Nous fournissons des grains de café Starbucks, du thé et de l'eau en bouteille. Le Bungalow est un bùtiment séparé sur notre propriété, l'interaction avec le propriétaire au minimum. Il ya un parking privé pour une voiture. Il y a de la chaleur et AC (pendant les mois chauds seulement) dans le bungalow, + un ventilateur de plafond. S'il vous plaßt noter que le bungalow est une petite unité grand-mÚre, approprié pour une personne ou un couple.

En date du 1 février 2016: S'il vous plaßt noter que nous facturons une taxe de lit de 10% sur notre prix de la nuitée (i e 12 $ pour notre tarif journalier norme 125 $..). Cette allocation est versée au Bungalow au check-in. trésorerie préféré. Il est une taxe d'hébergement qui va à Nevada City.

Le bungalow se trouve dans une rue calme mais à seulement 5 ou 6 minutes à pied du centre-ville animé de Nevada City. La propriété est magnifiquement paysagé et il ya un ruisseau saison juste en dehors du Bungalow. Il ya de nombreuses randonnées, le vélo et les sentiers en cours d'exécution à distance de marche de la propriété. Le magnifique fleuve Yuba est une courte distance en voiture.

Quiet retreat just a nice walk from the center of town

I saw the pictures of this bungalow and wanted to be having coffee in that kitchen. Happily, the pix are accurate.Nice walk takes you up to the top of downtown Nevada City and that's a view you'll remember. Sweet place.

Nice home base in Nevada City

The space was very well appointed with lots of little extras like spices, soaps and lotions. The host knew it was our anniversary, and left us some snacks and drinks too! The rooms were small, but plenty of space for a couple. The only downside wasn't the fault of the property; It was pouring rain the whole weekend. There was a very nice outdoor space with a table, chairs and wonderful creek, but we couldn't use it due to the weather. Hope to go back when the weather is warmer!

My 11 yr old daughter and I stayed here for a short spring break getaway. It was really the perfect size, perfect location...not too big, not too small. Easy access to downtown, easy access to nature trails, easy access to Kathy, if needed. My daughter picked this bungalow for our stay and honestly, I might let her pick more of our vacation rentals!

A darling place at a great location

On a beautiful street with a burbling creek a few feet away and only a few minutes walk to downtown Nevada City. Our host Kathy gifted us a very tasty bottle of wine and some snacks and chocolates as well as fresh flowers. The property was very quiet. The shower ceiling is on the low side. I'm 6'1" and I bonked my head a few times when using it. We had friends visit and we all sat outside next to the creek. It was very clean and I recommend staying there!

Wonderful Nevada City stay

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at Kathy's bungalow. It was the perfect size for two people, with a full kitchen and lovely bedroom/bath. It is located on a nice quiet street with a tranquil creek next to it. It was a great "home base" while exploring Nevada City, Grass Valley, and the surrounding area. Kathy made us feel right at home and went out of her way to make sure everything was to our liking (thanks also to Brett for assisting with the amenities). We highly recommend Kathy's place when you are in the area and look forward to staying again in the future. Thanks!

Delightful

The bungalow was exactly as described: quaint, clean and comfortable. It’s in a lovely green setting with a babbling brook just steps away. We were greeted with fresh flowers and goodies, including little juices, chocolates and a small bottle of Chardonnay. Kathy was very responsive when we requested a traditional coffee maker (we are French press challenged!). And the little town of Nevada City is adorable and so charming. Overall, an absolutely delightful experience. An enthusiastic 5-stars to Kathy and the bungalow!.

This bungalow is so adorable and immaculate! It had everything we could possibly need and more. Kathy and Brett put so much thought into every detail. We were here for our 40th Anniversary and appreciated the short walk into town while the Victorian Christmas event was here.

Lovely little bungalow just minutes from town. Quiet and comfortable. Kathy had a beautiful welcome tray of snacks and my favorite wine stocked. Wonderful Cozy Bungalow

The bungalow is very clean and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the evening with our wine and pizza. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Its a easy 10 min walk to explore downtown. I do recommend this bungalow for your stay in Nevada City. :))

Wonderful retreat with an easy walk to town

My husband and I enjoyed a short 2-night getaway at this lovely property. The bungalow is small but comfortable, packing all we could need in its cozy space. Kathy is a wonderful host and included special touches that made us feel especially welcomed! We enjoyed an easy and pleasant walk to the independent shops and restaurants of Nevada City under a clear blue sky on our first full day. On our final day, we greatly appreciated not having a list of chores to complete before leaving, elbowing us to hold on to our “vacation vibe” a little longer while a gentle snowfall turned Nevada City into a scene from a Christmas Card. We’d love to visit this property again!
