Maison Pedro Carlos

Maison appartement de 60 mètres de construction récente, très lumineux, situé dans le centre de la ville dans un quartier calme pour se reposer et pourtant à 300 mètres du célèbre Balcon de Europa et à proximité des plages. Il a une chambre double (2 lits), salon avec balcon-terrasse (qui partage avec la chambre), TV avec chaînes internationales, wi-fi, parquet, climatisation dans la chambre et le salon, cuisine ouverte avec combi frigo, plaque à induction, four, lave-vaisselle et équipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Il dispose également d'un dressing, d'un coffre-fort et d'une salle de bains recouverte de marbre travertin avec cabine d'hydromassage et sèche-serviettes électrique. En remontant une autre section, nous trouvons la buanderie et la terrasse sur le toit (aussi grande que la maison car elle occupe tout le toit) avec salle à manger, solarium, fontaine, barbecue et réfrigérateur. De la terrasse, vous pouvez voir la mer et la montagne. Un régal! Il y a des escaliers pour accéder à l'appartement de la rue et pour aller à la terrasse.

The apartment is ideal for two people to stay in Nerja.It is well equipped and the roof terrace is a sun trap with distant views of the mountains and sea. There is also a useful shaded area. The location is great , easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Pedro is an excellent host.

The property is in an ideal location to explore Nerja and beyond, with the bus station being nearby. Many excellent bars and restaurants are within a short walk, as is a small supermarket and other shops. The apartment has everything you need and is in a quiet street. The roof terrace is great for a spot of sunbathing with sun loungers/parasol. Pedro, the owner, was extremely helpful in answering our questions about the property prior to booking, and accomodated our earlier arrival time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here

Cozy, clean apartment in the centre of Nerja. Beautiful roof terrace with stunning views of the sea and surrounding mountains. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Particularly enjoyed the amazing shower! The twin bedded property was what we wanted. Pedro is a very helpful host- does not overwhelm you with details but is always available with assistance or advice when needed. Access is from street level but then upstairs to the living area. Further stairs take you up to the sunny and private roof terrace. The property is conveniently situated for fairly short walks to supermarket, bus station and to the Balcon area.

Eine schöne Zeit in Nerja
Die Wohnung war komfortabel und liebevoll eingerichtet und ist sehr gut gelegen. Die große und schön eingerichtete Dachterasse mit Blick über die Dächer von Nerja war das Highlight. Zum Balcon de Europa und den schönen Badebuchten sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Wir hatten einen super angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der symphatische Gastgeber Pedro bereitete uns einen herzlichen Empfang und bot uns für den Fall der Fälle, seine Hilfe an. Für Pedro war es wichtig, dass seine Gäste sich wohlfühlen.

We loved our stay at Pedro's apartment, Pedro was there to greet us. We loved the apartment, it has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We loved sitting on the the rooftop & watched the world go by on the small balcony off the living room. There was plenty of glasses & crockery if you wanted to eat in. The beds were very comfortable & plenty of storage space for clothes & hangers which was a plus. The shower was lovely, especially being able to have music on at the same time. The apartment is on the doorstep to all the bars & restaurants & bus station, but it is still peaceful. We would definitely stay at Pedro's apartment again, Pedro was the perfect host. Can't wait to come back😁

Perfect in every way
So enjoyed our holiday break at Pedro’s apartment. Pedro is a very charming and thoughtful host. Apartment is perfectly situated and only a few minutes to the restaurants/beach/ Balcon de Europe. The roof top terrace is a little gem for private sunbathing. Highly recommend and we will definitely return.

Absolute Perfection!!
This property was absolute perfection and exceeded our expectations! It was just perfect for my wife and I as we explored Nerja and the surrounding area. It is very comfortable and felt like we were living in the community. The restaurants, Balcon De Europa, supermarket are all within easy walking distance. Pedro Carlos was an excellent host! We spent quite a bit of time up on the terrace where we could see the sea and the mountains. A couple of afternoons we had some wine, olives and cheese from the market up on the terrace. Just absolutely beautiful! We also sat out on the balcony in the morning to soak up the local culture as Nerja began its day. We are very grateful to Pedro Carlos for opening up his home to us and we will definitely be back. Hopefully for a longer stay. Pedro, my thanks to you again!!

Perfect town house in great location
Really lovely house, with great roof terrace and great location. Well equipped kitchen, bbq on roof terrace and also separate roof top clothes drying area. Parking available nearby in Parking Carabeo, less than 5 minute walk away. Host Pedro is friendly, helpful and we can really recommend this property.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und dennoch ruhig, kaum Autos. Sie ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden was man braucht, dazu gibt es noch einen Balkon und eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse. Pedro ist sehr freundlich und super hilfsbereit, hier kommt man gerne wieder hin.

Klein, aber fein. Für 2 Personen perfekt. Alles was in einem guten Haushalt erforderlich ist, ist vorhanden. Die mediterane Dachterrasse ist perfekt zum relaxen. Der Vermieter ist freundlich, jederzeit ansprechbar und erfüllt umgehend auch Sonderwünsche. Obwohl nur wenige Meter vom belebten Altstadtzentrum entfernt, ist es erstaunlich ruhig. Auch die Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Eine Tiefgarage ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Für uns war "Pedros Haus" eine gute Wahl.

As good as it gets
We stayed for 5 weeks in this excellent summer residence located in the heart of Nerja. The house is clean and very well preserved and has everything you need for a long stay. The house as described in the at the website is good and accurate. The location is perfect with just a couple of minutes walk to small local shops, bars and restaurants and less than 10 minutes walk to beaches and supermarkets. Pedro Carlos living just next door is a very kind and helpful person, who will do his best to make your stay a success.

My wife and I were welcomed by Pedro the owner of the property, in a very professional manor. He showed us around the property, explaining every aspect. The property is fantastic and well looked after. Pedro lives next door, and explained that is door was open at any time if there were any problems, of which there were none.
