En Plein Nerja

El Chaparil Beach apartments are situated close to the centre (leisurely 8-10 minutes walk to the Balcon De Europa) and only a few steps from Torrecilla/Playazo beach. This is a modern 1st floor apartment. It consists of main room/ open plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 King size bed)(2 single beds), all with air conditioning & large bathroom with walk in type shower. The complex is small, quiet and very well run with a lift service. From the balcony there are partial sea views & good views of the mountains. There is a really great full size pool in the gardens. No real need for a car here as there are lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Street parking is available beside the apartment complex but it does get really busy during July/August. No Smoking and No pets allowed.
There are 30 apartments in the complex but because only a few of the owners rent - the pool area is usually quiet. Free Wifi

Ideally located close to town centre and balcon de Europe. A well equipped kitchen, with all mod cons. A lovely spacious bathroom with plenty of towels. Great sized bedrooms with aircon. Very clean and tidy - good WiFi. Clean and good size pool. We would definitely stay here again

Absolutely fabulous appt, couldn’t have asked for more. Very clean, amazing location, so glad we stayed this wend of town and not the other side of the Balcón, as for us it suited us perfectly. The local beach was amazing, we spent many an hour snorkelling in the clear water, which was only a few steps from the appt. This beach was so much quieter than all the others which were so busy considering its August. The beach was shingly. So many of surrounding restaurants and easy walk to the centre and old town. Loved the views from the appt of the mountains, and a small partial view of the sea. Absolute bliss. Thank you so much.

The apartment is in a great location near the beach. There are good restaurants/bars a short walk away (5mins) and the old town is around 10 minutes away. We went with our Mum who is 79 years old and she found everything including the old town walkable. The apartment itself was light, bright and airy and very clean. It is very well equipped. Overall we had a great stay and would not hesitate to book again.

We stayed for 10days July/aug 2023, apartment immaculately clean and very spacious for 2 adults and 2 children, had everything we needed. Pool area clean and tidy, no shallow end so children unable to stand up, that was the only downside. Brilliant location, would defiantly stay again

Stayed at the apartment during UK half term holiday and had a great time. Apartment was fantastically clean with everything we needed. Very spacious accommodation inside and the pool area had a very large pool as well as being spotless (pool and gardens). The property was in a great location for us being a 5/10min walk in to main areas either along the beach or through the streets so had the best of both worlds being very close to everything but quite location. Would highly recommend if you wanted a 2 bed apartment with easy access to a couple of beaches and town a very short walk (no need to queue for ages at taxi rank to get back after a night in town). Communication with owner was always within minutes of messages and everything very straightforward regards check in and check out. Thanks for the stay.

Desde el momento que llegamos y nos instalamos, tuvimos la sensación de estar como en casa. Cálido, agradable, no le falta detalle. Camas cómodas, juegos de mesa, sombrilla y hamacas, muy luminoso. El único punto a mejorar es la ausencia de lavavajillas. Todo muy cercano desde supermercados, tiendas, copas y playa. Sin duda, volveremos!

Another wonderful holiday in Nerja we love the apartment, our 2nd visit and I have to say it’s the best equipped apartment we have ever stayed in!! And we’ve stayed in many apartments in Nerja and in Europe. Lovely and clean, fantastic shower.... went with family this time and they enjoyed it too.

Nice apartment in a quiet building with nice facilities as pool and lawn area. The apartment has air conditioning in every room, good beds and practical bath and kitchen area. The balcony was fantastic for a break after a hot day on the beach and quiet breakfasts in the morning. The apartment is located 10-15 minutes away from the most stressing tourist areas which suited us very well. Short way, less than 100 meters to a nice beach. Cosy restaurants in the neighbourhood. Very good and quick responce from the owner when we needed some support to serve a little problem with the hot water. We will of course ask for this apartment again if we spend our holiday in Nerja next time.

Excelente localización, no es necesario coger el coche para ir a la playa. Todo como esperado. No tiene plaza de garaje pero terminas aparcando sin problemas. Encantadora Nerja.

The property was very well located for Torrecilla beach, which we could reach on foot in minutes. Also a short stroll to many restuarants. Our 2 boys loved the pool which was a nice temperature. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. Alan made sure the check in and out went very smoothly. Parking was an issue nearby which we expected in August. However, we found a free car park about 15 minute walk from the apartment up the hill which was fairly convenient as we could always find a space.

We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights and it didn’t disappoint. It was bright, clean and modern and had the biggest bathroom/wet room I’ve ever seen! The kitchen appeared new and was well equipped, the lounge area was a bright and comfy place to relax and the bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and large wardrobes. The air con was a welcome relief from the heat! A nice touch from the owners was water and a bottle of Cava on arrival - thank you! We used the pool a few times, it was a good size and surrounded by a big grassy area for sunbathing. You need to take your own chairs/sun lounger which the owners had kindly provided. The highlight for us was the location, literally a few steps across the road to the beach. My husband and I strolled across there in the morning and reserved sun beds for the day, meaning we could nip back to the apartment for lunch and then return to the beach for the afternoon. We also loved the close proximity to bars and restaurants which were only a few minutes walk away. A slightly further walk took you into the centre of Nerja and the Balcón de Europa. We had a lovely stroll around the shops and the narrow streets. All in all we had a great stay and I would definitely recommend this apartment. The only thing I would comment on is parking, we were very lucky to find a space outside the apartment as someone was just leaving, and we didn’t move the car for 3 days for fear of not finding another space nearby! Would not put us off returning though.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this lovely apartment. We love this corner of town as it has absolutely everything close at hand: cafes, restaurants, tapas bars, beach, seaside promenade, grocery stores, riverside promenade, and easy walk to the Balcon. Views of the sea and the beautiful mountains. The apartment is very well appointed, clean and bright with windows everywhere. Pictures online are accurate. Nice location at the end of the corridor overlooking the courtyard so you can open the door and get nice morning sunshine without anyone walking by. The balcony on the other side has mostly a mountain view with a slight sea view, both of which are beautiful. The owner is very easy to deal with and responds promptly to questions. We would recommend and plan to stay there again ourselves.

We are a family of four (children aged 14 and 9) and had a perfect 10 days in the sun here. The apartment was spotless, light and airy, and we had a few lazy days sat by the pool, which was beautifully maintained. Despite the fact that we were there in the middle of August, the pool was never busy, and there's a nice mix of holidaymakers and local residents. The beach is a minute away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed walking back to the apartment along the beach every evening. Would definitely return!

My family and I stayed in Cathy and Alan's lovely appartment for a week. We found it extremely clean, bright, specious, comfortable, modern and with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the large balcony overlooking a nice view of the mountains. The pool is large and the area is very well kept, we enjoyed many hours sunbathing and swimming during our stay. Nerja itself is very pretty with the beach, restraunts, bars and shops all within a short stroll away. Cathy and Alan were very helpful before during and after our stay. We would definitely return.
