Staff was great and very helpful. Had an issue with our Expedia booking and they helped us get it fixed/refunded. The hotel itself is very old and rundown. The electronic door locks didnât work so staff had to let us into the room. Inside the room the floors creaked so badly it sounded like you might fall through the floor at any moment and the bathroom was in such poor condition it looked as if it hadnât seen any maintenance since it was first built. I wish the hotel was as good/nice as itâs staff.
Other than we ran out of toiletpaper and kleenex and that there was no hair dryer and the internet didnt work (room12) and the toilet was unstable, it was great. The shower head was awesom!
It seems to be an older building. Which is ok for the price.
It should have clothes hooks in the Bath area.
The breakfast offerings were a little sparce.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The staff was great but the room was honestly pretty bad. Like ring-in-the-tub kinda bad. The mattress was pretty worn out. The room wouldn't stay warm and you hear either traffic or the heat pump all night. They really need to spend some money refurbishing this place.
Decided to try this property for a quick one-night stay on our trip back from down south, thinking that it might not be deluxe, but how bad could it be? And this looked to be one of the better choices in Nephi. Never again. The toilet seat was falling off, the room smelled of mildew, terrible beds, noisy plumbing. We could hear the person snoring in the adjacent room all night. Breakfast was very minimal. Give this one a pass. We will go further north next year and stay in Tremonton. Give Nephi a pass!
