I like the location of this property. It feels safe. Bed had clean sheets, fairly comfortable , bathroom was clean and towels were clean. Floor in the bedroom wasn’t clean. I wiped off with paper towels. It was quiet. Had a good sleep. I stay at this property because it meets the requirements for passing through and allows dogs. We’ll stay again on my way back. It’s cleaner and safer than other motels 6. Have never had a really bad experience. Have stayed here several times.

You get what you pay for. We had a quiet night but the bathroom was atrocious! The toilet squealed like a hyena caught in a trap, the fan sounded like a diesel engine on a cold morning, the taps of the tub were falling off the wall and the doorknob was falling off. This unit (room 104) has had zero maintenance.

Paper thin walls and you can hear alarms and phones ringing in adjoining rooms. Fire alarm went off at 3:30 am and I could hear staff arguing in the hall about how to shut it off. The place was just all around noisey.

Will not stay here again. Upon check in the front desk lady was not professional and couldn’t get us checked in. Another lady came up and tried to help and they were arguing in front of us. The person in front of us came back and said that their room wasn’t cleaned…. The lady was not very professional at all I was embarrassed for them.

We checked in early morn hours which according to motel 6 advertisment. " They leave the light on for you" which is why I always stay with motel 6 while traveling because they don't make you wait until 3 pm to check in, which motels do. They will let you check in around 5-6 am and you can stay until check out the next day which is the normal checkout date. But this particular motel 6 was trying to make us leave at 5 pm basically saying we could stay 24 hrs and we had to leave before check out at 11 am . We did get it worked out but I don't think we should of even had to deal with that lady telling us she was going to make us leave at 5 pm. Especially because we offered to wait a few more hrs to check but the very nice night clerk seen that we had kids and said she wouldn't make us wait in the cold.

Room was comfortable, clean and convenient. Staff had been really nice and helpful. Only con was no ice machine and the coffee ran out early.

This property is very outdated, I don’t think it has been renovated since it was built. No ink for printer, thus no receipt, no breakfast, luggage cart falling apart. This property should not be listed on Expedia! Very disappointed!

I understand you get what you pay for, and most things about this place were adequate. However, our room smelled like an ashtray. They gave us some febreeze when asked, but it was a pretty rough night.

Reserved this hotel because it had indoor pool and hot tub. Arrived to find it closed for remodeling. Checked ahead to verify reservation, arrived and found room was occupied by someone else. Was told by staff "this happened the previous night". Waited at least half hour before we were finally given another room. Jenny the clerk, had just come on duty. She was helpful and friendly.

The back door or side door, by the pool area had a door that had a piece of plastic where the glass was to have been. The emergency buzzer had been disconnected as they were working on the spa area. The hot tub was down the three days we were there but were advised we could still use the pool.

Looks like this property is under construction... little noisy, but we understand... people came in after us, but the desk clerk was missing ❓ 3 different peoples left the property for other places to stay ...the dryer door needs to be fixed also...

Was lowest cost room in Nephi. Hotel was far enough from interstate to not be noisy. NB off ramp near hotel was closed due to road construction. Room facilities were in poor shape. Plumbing in shower was falling off the wall. Lots of holes and cracks in walls.

Pretty good motel.
Rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable. Price was excellent. Stairs were dirty and back door broken out. Pool advertised but out of order. Not a 4 star motel but would stay there again. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

No plugs for C-pap
If you use a c-pap or need plugs by the head of the bed. Don't count on a plug unless you get down on the floor and look up under a small table on the wall. crazy.

Like did they even try?
Told they had one room left in 1st floor but wouldn't give that ine in case an "old" peraon came in. Why would you take a chance that the room may not be rented qhe. There is physically someone i. Front of you? Told I had a non smoking room but it smelled heinous like cigarettes, there was a literally hole punched thru the door. Like do they even care?

The motel is being reroofed and it is messy and things are shut down. The side door we entered to go to our room didn’t even have a window. It was a plastic covering. Not super happy we weren’t informed when booking that it was being remodeled.

Nobody at front desk. Was checked in by housekeeper. She did a good job. Older property, pool and hot tub not available.
