The resort is a short walking distance to the shopping centre but quiet enough for its location. You'll be awakened by the beautiful sounds of birds singing. Short drive to the beaches, club and restaurants around the area. Staff are friendly, check-in was easy, rooms are clean. Very satisfied with our short stay(3nights).

Unfortunately we neglected to say we were elderly and couldn’t shower due to the shower being in the spar bath. That is a little our fault. When booking online that facility isn’t on there.

The studios are designed for short accommodation and light travelers in mind. Enjoyable Stay
The property is elevated above the town so offered good distant views and was walkable too, but, be prepared for the uphill on the way back. The rooms were very well appointed with clean and modern inclusions. the television was a good size. All staff were very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. The proximity to the bowling club was great, but the bistro there was less than perfect. We were content with our meals. All street parking is metered so if you are planning to drive the short distance to town and all other beach tourist areas, be prepared to pay for it. (Thank the council for this)

Reception was blunt and rude, got us to sign papers without explaining the details, she didn’t help us with our bags instead told us there’s trolleys if we need to transport our stuff. Didn’t get told anything about the restaurant, room service or housekeeping. The restaurant wasn’t open at night or in the morning which was inconvenient. Didn’t get told if we could use the pool or other facilities like displayed in the photos when initially booking. Really poor customer service. The place didn’t have any tissues or paper towels. Dust on ceilings Shower gel spilt down the wall on to spa bath and had to clean up Ceiling fan made a annoying noise so has to leave it off Tv was slow and hard to use or change channels Bedroom window was left open when we first checked in really unprofessional.

It is our main goal for all our guest to have a wonderful experience when staying with us.Unfortunately we do not offer a concierge service which would have helped with luggage, therefore we provide luggage trolleys to help carrying luggage to the rooms.Our welcome letter which we provide with the keys for our apartments has all the relevant information needed for a stay with us and we also have a information sheet located in the units as well. Otherwise reception is happy to provide information and offers assistance. Tissue boxes are provided in the bathrooms and we sorry to hear that the dispenser had a leak which we will investigate as well the noise the fan had made. Our sincere apology for the inconvenience. The bedroom window was kept open to provide fresh air into the room and it is at no time unprofessional as their is no access from the outside into the apartment as the window faces the enclosed entry are of the apartment.In regards to the closure of the restaurant, it is an individual business and not under the management of the Landmark Nelson Bay. Alternative options are available close by as we are conveniently located between the bowling club and golf course and only a short stroll away from town with an abundance of cafe and restaurants.
