Byron bay
Logement tres spacieux, tres bien Equipe. Residence avec piscine, calme. A 10 minutes à pied du centre de Byron et de la plage. Terrasse de 20 mètres carrés.

We loved staying here, it’s close to so many places that you can easily walk to. Our friends even got a complimentary upgrade on their room, which they were stoked about. Super clean and decorated very cute!

Excellent hotel well located for marina and dining options in nelson bay and makes a great base for exploring the area. Plenty of parking with spacious comfortable and immaculately clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff, we booked an extra night but had to change rooms but was all sorted by staff while we went out. Nice heated pool with bbq area and small gym on site also little nell cafe attached to hotel great for coffee breakfast and lunch options. Highly recommend.

Loved my stay here, the room was modern, clean & comfortable, the pool area was a favorite, spent a whole afternoon laying around it swimming in the beautiful warm water. The staff were friendly & obliging, made a few requests & each one was met with a positive response. Would definitely recommend & stay here again

Stayed one extra day, since there is to much to see in one day. Liked my room. I was able to make some familiar food. On the road my diet suffers. Had parking, and easy to walk around harbor area.

Excellent place to stay for the week. Highly recommend. Only downside was that it can be a litte noisy depending on the traffic. Great location.

Great hotel in convenient location
Great new hotel in walking distance to restaurants, the beach and shops. Parking onsite. Unfortunately check in was not as timely as expected as the staff member was inexperienced. Stil give them a chance as I am sure it will improve as staff were friendly but lacked knowledge of the checking in system.

Excellent value. Clean, comfortable and lots of little touches to make it feel like a more luxurious stay than the price-tag suggests. Lovely pool area, friendly staff and the perfect centralised location in Nelson Bay for exploring all around Port Stephens. Would definitely stay again.

We attended at BP for a 3 day weekend. The property was very central, well priced, plenty of parking. We parked the car and walked everywhere. Great little cafe attached. Staff were lovely. Everything was excellent.

It was wonderful. Rooms were spacious, new and clean. Customer service was beyond amazing. I had made a mistake while booking online, however they helped sort it out and even upgraded me without additional cost. Location is great with waterfront and shops only a short stroll away. Cafe/Restaraunt downstairs near the lobby was fantastic too, and had excellent and quick customer service.

Hotel Nelson is very convenient - close to the marina and shops. However, I like sleeping at home with the window open. You can't do that at Hotel Nelson but the air-conditioning was nice. Friendly staff and very clean.
