« When I got to my room, there was no toilet paper or towel towels. I had to go to the front office to get those, the staff was OK but less than friendly. »

« We booked a suite but none of the door was working. I tried both door for many times before i walked to the front desk for helped. They helped me working on a different keys but then those didnt work either. Then i have to walked back down again for the third time while 3 of my toddlers were antsy and irritated. They had to used the master key for the door, it was terrible experience for such a pricey suite. »

« The room was clean, but being on the first floor next to the staff room and staircase made it very noisy and hard to sleep. Easy parking.. Breakfast was meh—the eggs were gritty and the sausage patties were overcooked. The staff were fine, but could have been more helpful. Indoor heated pool was the best part. »
