« Booked a room online and paid got inside in person and the rude short young lady screamed me down that a Deposit was needed and online it said no Incidental Deposit was needed if paid online so her rudeness butt said that was nothing she was gona do about it and I left and canceled I will never go there again and it’s kind of funny how empty and scary the place is probably because of there no Hospitality!! »

« A/C. Cold , no stove, microwave mal function, Towels hard to come by. Room was clean when arrived, but for longer stays would not be cleaned. »

« This is a property in new hands as I learned while staying there this past week. They are making efforts to improve it overall and have already replaced all room refrigerators with an impressive mini-refrigerator & freezer. It's clean and well-kept. My only negative observation was that it needs interior painting. When I discussed this with the owner/manager, he advised that in fact that project starts this week. Incredible decor, wonderful restaurants, rooms are everything you can hope for, rooftop bar / restaurant is a lovely place to be and the staff are all friendly, courteous and extremely professional. Hard to imagine there could be a better place to stay anywhere nearby. Just book it. »
