Thank you for your recent stay at Mirage Resort, we are saddened that you did not enjoy your stay and we sincerely apologize for the series of events that led to your being inconvenienced. There are however a few instances that need to be clarified. There was construction happening next door when you arrived in the morning however the noise stopped by midday, you were also offered a change of room further away from the noise and that was refused because the noise had stopped. There was a power outage later the same day that you arrived that affected our power supply for a couple days and as such no AC units were fully functioning, the young lady was in fact being truthful when she said there was an issue to the power supply to the property. All these issues have since been sorted by our service provider and we hope if you are in negril another time you will take another chance on us.

Our sincerest apologies for the pool being dirty that one early morning however the pool was cleaned by 10 am.The cracked pane in the front office door (window) has been fixed. Our food is delivered fresh from the farm on a daily and we pride ourselves on serving fresh, non processed items.
