« This place offers amazing value. Beautiful rooftop pool, a basic gym, very comfy and spacious rooms and a great location. Restaurants are all around the hotel and it is only a 20 minute walk to get to the times square area. Would absolutely stay here again! I have never stayed in such a nice hotel for such a great price, no complaints at all. »

« Could be better. Shower not working properly, too hot, no shower dispenser mount, and mirror with ledge improperly placed causing access block to wash sink. Good thing is there’s a hose outside the front yard to wash off the mud from our mountain bikes. Homestay is conveniently located within walking distance to town area, about 10 mins walk downhill. »

« There is no wifi, even after I was told there was. The pool was usually clised. The mini mart was usually closed. Even when open, very limited on food, especially since no can opener was available and is needed. There's no ATM and they do not accept cards. The pigeons outside kitchen window made it unappetizing to eat. There is no restaurant as stated. The beach is ok but hard to reach since the place is surrounded by a barbed wire fence making it seem like a prison. The tv did not work at all....

« Expedia should have provided more details and information about Ozone service suite in their website and the itinerary such as Ozone office address and contact person and how to check-in. The information provided on the itinerary only left a phone number which made me confused about where and how to check-in. »

« Excellent emplacement à proximite de Jonker Walk et de toutes les commodités. La personne de l'hôtel presente durant la totalité de notre séjour était très aimable, réactive et cherchait aussi à satisfaire au mieux. »
