« A spacious room with comfortable bed, convenient kitchen and shower room. We upgraded on arrival to a superior room on arrival for a small fee which I think was worth it.
We would definitely stay here again if visiting Leicester.
We didn't use the the bar or restaurant so can't comment but they looked good. »

« This was a fantastic stay from the clean rooms, great AC, and great breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed the restaurant on site and bar. Everything was super clean and was the highlight of our stay. The interior design was really interesting with the features in the room and design. Would stay here again if I'm next in town. »

« Until Premier inn scrap their hard 3pm check in they will always get poor reviews.
30+ degrees and people begin to build up in reception. After 3pm itâs chaos for staff trying to check everyone in at once.
3 knocks at that door in the morning by housekeeping, presumably trying to turf customers out so they can squeeze another £15 out of someone. »

« the staff were very friendly and got us everything that we asked for but the room wasnât in a good condition and everything was dirty and we didnât have toiletries e.g no soap to wash hands with and the bathroom wall was gross and i decided to clean to myself because i was sick of looking at it and the shower was gross and it just looked like they needed a new bathroom all together because it wasnât properly maintained. Then, in the bedroom carpet wasnât hovered also the curtain pole wasnât even...
