Impossible de prendre une douche car l'eau trop sale . Check in à 18 heures après trois heures d'attente. Petit déjeuner buffet dépourvu de tranquillité.

La ruine énorme au dessus de l'établissement ne fait pas sérieux. The looby was always crowded. No wifi in individual room. No transfer for the village No shuttle on arrival. Perdu dans la jungle

This is our second stay in this property and the second time was quite disappointing -the tv in the room was not working -A/C in our room was not working as well considering how HOT it was, front desk was made aware but nobody came up to check on it the following day -beach had all sorts of trash-batteries, toys, plastic bottles -dinner buffet menu was very limited and food seems old, a little overcooked -pool bar does not have enough choices

The beach and their pool is superb however their check in process is so terrible. We were given a room past 4pm already which suppposed to be at 3pm. This hotel is understaffed. Their rooms and facilities need to go renovation.

The hotel was not too clean, the lobby where the entrance of the pool smells. The room service takes more than a day before they response on your request. No phone on the room so you will have to go to the lobby to request for room amenities. No hair dryer on the room. The restroom is terrible. The door does not lock completely. The only nice on this hotel is the pool area and the beach but other than that nothing is especial at all. Also, they had a event that only allowed for local people if you are foreigner you are not allowed to even watch the event. On the check in time you will wait for an hour to have your room ready. Will not recommend at all.

Looks good on pictures, but the building is really out of shapes and not maintain. My door was broken, they sent a young man to fix it, and he couldn’t, did the spider man moved climbed on the other side of the neighboring room, unsuccessful. He finally called his boss and they yanked the whole door, a piece came off and they just brushed it off like it was nothing. The tower were raggedy, old and almost fallen apiart. The only thing that saves this place is the swimming pool and it’s beach. Will never come back, was really disappointed at the experience.

The resort itself was satisfactory but my roommate had money stolen the last morning we were there while we were out having breakfast. We met with the manager and the head security afterwards to report the incident and they would follow-up on any info but we have not heard any word since leaving nearly a week ago.

This is one of the old resort in the area. Management did not maintain the buildings. Maintenance is really poor. Checking in is really poor customer service is poor. Hotel Policies thru other booking websites is not updated. Food restrictions is not mentioned. Unexpected Extra fees, lacking toiletries in the rooms. Bugs all over the room. It’s just disappointing

Very disappointed with our stay. WiFi was not working, bathroom’s dirty, the private beach was dirty(sanitary pad floating in the water), the blinds in the room were not working, the tv didn’t work and main doors don’t close properly. No dining options after 9 pm and when you bring food inside they will charge you 3 times the value of your food…they call it corkage fee. Check in was a mess!!! The staff look like they’re not trained to answer important questions and keep asking their manager. There were 5 people at the front desk and only one person checking in people, the rest of them are doing paperworks. One of the staff was on lunch break and decided that the best thing to do is be at the lobby and check on his text messages or social media, while there was a long queue for check in. The power went off and generator didn’t kick in till after 2 hours and AC in the room was not working properly. The vents look like they haven’t been cleaned for years. Overall it’s the worst hotel we’ve stayed at.

What a joke!! Arrived at 3:00pm and did not get my room until 5:00pm. My room was old and not maintained at all. Shower tiles filthy with mold. The swimming pool was always dirty. Request from the front desk would often go unanswered. The staff was inexperienced, untrained and not motivated. There is no spa, gym or sauna. No room service. The pictures of this place on the Internet are great but just false advertisement. I have stayed at many hotels and resorts throughout the Philippines and have always been happy and satisfied. This place was horrible. I will never stay there again.

The location was great, the rooms I booked were all king size beds.. i booked 6 rooms, not one was a king. The rooms were outdated, electric sockets not bolted in, mosquitoes were bad, no wifi, food selections were the same, no transportation near by, equipment rental over priced

The resort could use a little improvement. I booked for 5 people to stay overnight on a full price. Amenities inside our suite were incomplete. Tissue paper left by the previous guests were the once placed there with no extra rolls onsite. Not enough towels, blankets, complimentary bottled water, not enough pillows. Pillows were so old and flat even the pillow cases were not hotel quality. The shower drain doesn’t drain fast, you have to wait for it to go down. I must say breakfast was good, although I have to ask again for vouchers for the rest of my family even though I stated and paid extra for extra guests. The beach is good, but then we were only given 2 beach towels for five guests. This hotel could use a total upgrade.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the staff and guided me directly to the front desk. Check in is a breeze. Parking is free on a first come first serve basis. Unfortunately, the room is pretty outdated though bed and room size is superb for a family. Comfort room and ac needs renovation as the AC is too loud because of it's age and the comfort room needs renovation as it's like a portal to the 90's. Swimming pool is the best amenity here as it is heated and no foul smell of chlorine. 3 big pools definitely males it really spacious for guest of all ages. Life guards are also in standby. Beach side is so so.. Water quality is great but they should really assign staffs to clean the beach side as there are many dead seaweeds. Food is expensive and there is specific time for food availability as their resto closes in the afternoon and won't open until 6 in the evening. You can't bring your own food so we instead ate outside the resort as there are many restaurants around the area. Check out process is a bit slow though there are 3 people in the front desk, they can only serve 1 customer at a time for some reason. Overall, we enjoyed our stay especially the kids. I wouldn't come back here until they renovate the rooms and improve food service though as there are other resorts in the area that are better overall with the same price.

Initial suite room given to us had the aircon vent leaking from the ceiling. We noted Lack of detailed checking by Management on the room maintenance. However, when we complained, they were gracious enough to transfer us to another suite, and my family felt better and we managed to have a generally relaxing staycation.

We did wonder how the pools circulate the water as we couldn't find anything other than the staff skimming the top. As well as they do allow locals in to swim for the day and witnessed a big group come in swim and bathe themselves with their young kids that had no clothes on in the pools. After that we decided not to swim anymore especially in the kids pool. There isn't much to do outside of the resort and there is only one option in the resort for a restaurant. They did have a couple small vendors outside though. Staff was friendly and they cleaned rooms well shower water pressure at times was like someone spitting on you and rooms were very cold even when set on fan only not ac. We would go back but not more than 3 nights.

Worst hotel in which we stayed in the Philippines, it is a pity since the location is good but definitely not for an international clientele. Good for them that Filippinos are patient, enduring and don't want to complain. We are trying to introduce a claim on their web site since the management at the hotel said that they could not record it, but so far no answer.
