Tap water is not drunkable. It smells very bad when you use the tap or the shower TV not working Wifi very weak. Not available in our room.

Thank you for your feedback. Upon your check -in, you were advised that there are purified bottles of water readily available for you at the front desk per your request as we do not advise our guest to drink water from the tap. Additionally, there were also bottles of water provided for you in your room. In regard to your television and internet, we like to ameliorate all guest concerns in real-time and unfortunately these issues were not reported to us until check-out. We are saddened that you did not have a satisfactory time with us and we hope that we can have you again in the future.

Les déjeuners sont complets et succulents! A une belle distance de marche du centre-ville et des plages Saunders et Junkanoo! L’arrêt d’autobus est juste au coin de la rue si on préfère se rendre par Autobus à Cable beach ou autres endroits!

Dommage que le check in soit à 15H, j'ai beaucoup attendu.. Chambre bruyante devant le portail d'entrée. Mais petite musique d'apaisement en entrant dans la chambre. Compter 18$ pour aller en ville en taxi

The room is big, with terrasse, it’s like an appartment, two big bed, an old kitchen furniture… but nice to have a kitchen. The pool is ok but smell too much chemical chlore. The breakfast included…. Please it’s better to don’t give breakfast included when you purpose that !! Only 2 bananas, cereals and one small machine to do waffles… that’s it !! it’s really not clean and I go back to my room without eat something. Internet is all times switch on/off,.. and you need a taxi because hotels is 20 minutes by walk to the commercial quarter, market I enjoy my stay, the room is good but please take care of the rest (breakfast/internet)

Hôtel sympa pas très loin du centre ville mais ce qui est dommage le petit déjeuner précaire soit omelette soit gaufre pas de fruit. Mais c est sympa offrir un verre le soir.

Nous avons réservé une chambre avec 2 lits double cependant à notre grande surprise nous avons eu une chambre avec 1 seul lit pour 3 !!!! Nous voudrions faire une réclamation car nous n'avons pas pu dormir de la nuit tellement nous étions serrées dans 1 lit double pour 3. Est il possible d'avoir une compensation ? Merci d'avance.

Pour une nuit c’est un bom rapport qualité prix
Hôtel idéal pour un transfert d’une nuit. Seul hôtel abordable de Nassau . Nous avions la chambre supérieure.. super grande, confortable et propre. La piscine est bien, le déjeuner est ok! Pour le prix vs tout ce qu’on retrouve à Nassau c’est un excellent rapport qualité prix pour une nuit !

Personnel très accueillant, plus que l'hôtel
Cet hotel est acceptable pour un transfert mais je n'y ferait pas mon séjour. Vous aurez besoin de véhicule pour un peu de liberté. Le petit déjeuner est très soft il se limite a des gaufres, du pain, des cornflakes et des oeufs, pas de fruit pas de salé ou autre. Donc un rapport qualité prix pas terrible mais tout est cher aux Bahamas et malheureusement pas souvent justifié. Les chambres sont confortables mais pas très propres et ce qui nous a déranger lors de notre passage c'est les vas et viens dans les chambres et comme l'isolation n'est pas géniale vous entendez les gens comme s'ils étaient dans votre chambre. Mais rien a dire du personnel qui est très sympathique et serviable

I recommend this hotel !
We were a group of 4 French girl. We felt totally welcomed and safe staying there. The staff was amazing from HK to the hotel Reception manager, everybody was nice and very helpful ! Room was clean, breakfast was amazing! Thank you everyone !!! :)

The place was clean. The water pot didn't have a place to plug in. There was low water pressure in the shower. The water wasn't hot in the shower.

Great place to stay , very close to the fish fry and down town areas , but the one issue was wifi , no wifi , unable to call food delivery, or anything online.... Breakfast wasnt complimentary- was told i had to pay extra 8 dollars for coupon

During the time of your stay The Hotel was experiencing issues on the part of our internet service provider. However, our front desk agents would have been pleased to assist in making in and all your arrangements. As for the buffet breakfast, it is no longer a complimentary breakfast and is stated so on the website. However, I do apologize for there being a misunderstanding on the subject.

Further from the beach than asvertised (about a 20-30 minute walk). Prepare to travel by taxis, which can be expensive.

The shower was clogged everytime we used it. The rest of the stay was very nice and the staff was also super inviting. I do recommended staying here since it’s also close to Junkanoo beach
