We loved the condo's location! You could easily walk to 3-4 really good restaurants. There is even an ice cream shop across the streets. The view is simply amazing! You can access the beach in walking distance we choose to drive to Love Beach which is about 1 mile from the condo. Property manager was amazing! Have us lots of great tips and responded promptly to any questions. Would visit again!

Comfortable and roomy oceanside townhouse/villa with spectacular views of the crystal clear Bahamas waters! Pool deck and private beach just steps away. Located far enough from Downtown Nassau (20 min by car) to avoid the crowds, but close enough for shopping and dining. Love Beach is a 2 minute drive away, must visit! Hostess Fany was wonderful.

The pictures are spot on as to what was presented. If you are wanting to spend anytime on the beach, you do not want to stay here. The community pool was shared by two separate buildings. Two of the days we were there, all of the pool chairs were taken. The condo was adequately stocked. Now, for the rest of the story... TRANSPORTATION. The busses are privately owned and there is no set schedule. They are not a reliable source of transportation. The cabs are incredibly expensive, if you can get one. SECURITY The property manager casually mentioned that we should lower the hurricane shutter on the patio door when leaving the property. Nothing was mentioned that this should be done at night. We thought it was to keep the sun out. Also while we were there, the property Mgr brought someone in to measure for a new door. On the 5th night someone broke in through the patio door, while we were sleeping. Money and numerous personal belongings were taken. Luckily, we were not injured. The property does have a ring doorbell on the front and back doors, but conveniently the one on the back door was "broken". The front door camera did catch him exiting the property. When we discovered this happened, we contacted the property manager and she was reluctant to take the lead. We called the owner to try to get to get her to engage the property manager. We called the police and the property Mgr did show up later. She was able to give the front ring doorbell footage to the police. Upon discussing this with the police we discovered that the back sliding glass door doesn't lock! So basically, the owner rented us this property knowing that the back door didn't lock. This was confirmed by the property Mgr. Here it is 3 weeks later. The owner is taking no responsibility and won't even return my text. You are on your own here. Renter beware!

We are a family of three who wanted to spend a few days in a more quiet area of the island (after 4 days at Atlantis). The pictures of the property are exactly what you get. Nice unit with stunning views, a great pool about 10 steps from your door and stairs down into the ocean about 30 steps from your door. We snorkeled every day and it was amazing, found beautiful conch shells, starfish, sting rays.... Snorkel equipment is in the unit which was a bonus. The next door neighbors who live there year around are great. You can walk to 3 different restaurants and a liquor store and take the #10 bus to the grocery or even downtown to the straw markets for the day (took us about 30 min to get downtown on the bus). I love everything about this place except one issue that might keep us from coming again. I probably wouldn't have even noticed if we weren't traveling with our son, but the two businesses across the street (one a Conch stand the other a cafe) play music VERY loud EVERY night until 10:30 and later sometimes nights (after midnight on weekends). This was tough on our little family. Something to consider if you have young ones that will be trying to sleep earlier. Otherwise its a beautiful place and the host team was very accommodating and great to work with.

Wonderful property right on the water with an almost private pool and beach (only shared with a few other units). The picture of the property is true to the view. Aurora is a wonderful host and available for your every need. Bus 10 stop is right next door and will get you into and back from downtown (including a grocery store - bring your own bags which are also in the unit). Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook like you’re at home
 but if you don’t want to cook there are great restaurants within an easy walk (Aquafire, Studio Cafe and Compass Point resort). Don’t miss the little food huts also next door for Conch fritters and conch salad. Up the street across from the bus stop is “The Last Man Standing Pub and Grill.” Katie cooks for the locals but is happy to cook for us tourists too. This is a great place to stay, relax, eat, drink and live like a local!

We had a quick stay but everything was perfect. The communication and check in/out process was very efficient and pleasant. Everything was immaculate. The view was amazing. Beautiful seating outside to enjoy the sun and spectacular views. I will be back again to visit. I would recommend to everyone!

My son (10 year old) and I stayed here for a week. The home was wonderful and away from the craziness. If you stay here I would highly recommend renting a car, as it is on the opposite side of the island. If you not renting, Cheryl taxis service was very convenient and friendly. I’ve found this condo as a bonus since it was not on the super touristy side of the island or in the craziness of city. I have to say this is one of the best vacation rentals that I’ve been to so far. Aurora was so helpful from the day I booked the property. She was so quick to respond to all my questions and gave me lot of info about the island. The day we arrived Fany was in the property and helped us get settled down and answer all the questions. She also helped me find some activities for my son. Compass point is such a beautiful place. We watched amazing sunset and sunrise from the condo. There were hardly anyone in the pool so most of the time we were using it by ourself. The internet was speed enough to work from there for few days. Overall great experience and we can’t wait to come back here next year. We felt safe the entire time and had no worries. Thank you Aurora and Fany for all the help!

SandPiper is a superb experience and probably one of the best place to stay in Nassau with friends or family. The villa is very well maintained, clean and bright. It has a super large master bedroom and great guest rooms. The pool and the jacuzzi are great, but the best is having dinner at night in the Gazebo, with candles all around. The view on the sea and the surrounding is great. The location in the heart of Goodman’s bay makes it super to visit Bahamar, play Golf, ride downtown or go to the supermarket. The sunset are just amazing there!!! Last but not least, the host and her property assistant are very helpful and nice.
