La chambre etait bien. Belle vue. Je ne retournerais pas. Ils veulent charger des frais pour un early check in même quand la chambre est disponible. Drôle de politique. Porte de la salle de bain salle, produits de douche vide. Des gens ont crié jusqu’au petites heures du matin. Cetait épouvantable. Ne veut pas le prix du tout.

Belle hôtel, bien situé près du centre-ville. Parcontre quelques travaux en cours lors de notre séjour donc bruyant, la piscine de surf pas en fonction. Une journée nous avons demandé 3x d'avoir les paddles board et au final ils ne les ont jamais sorti de la journée. Les employés des restaurants et installations du resort sont pas très conviviales.

Being a little picky so, yes I would recommend. From a construction manager point of view, there were a few items as I was enjoying our stay that needed some finishing touches. Some additional cleaning (in the areas staff was never in) the pools and backside of the infinity pool had some broken items and trash. Again these are the areas if you’re not enjoying the activities you wouldn’t see. Send staff through to participate in what everyone is doing and see it from a guest point of view. There were 5 or 6 dedicated staff that went beyond our expectations. Wish I could remember all the names but if you participate as a guest you will see your hard working employees. Jean the door man, class act! Always ran and made sure the door was open for my Dad who was in a wheelchair. Thanks Jean! All in all 5 stars for the resort

We had an ocean view room and basically all rooms have ocean views and the difference was we had a queen size bed versus other types of beds. Basically the front desk was helpful and then someday's not so helpful like just not caring about something. Depending on the staff. The team at the front doors were great.They were on top of it and very helpful for directions and getting taxi's. PS, taxi's are not cheap and no Uber. Housekeeping was basically hit-and-miss.There were days when they were short towels.There were days when we had to ask to get stuff done and it gets to the point where, 'can we survive a day or 2 without getting anything from housekeeping' and we would just ignore the fact that they didn't stop.We were supposed to get 2 free bottles of water a day and had to ask constantly for water. What's funny about it is the resort was pretty empty as Spring break was over, crowds were down and it's amazing that they cannot plan on having enough towels and water for the day.That is up to the housekeeping management to figure that out and it was very poor. The adult pool area was nice.The hot tub was really hot for the first half of an aday trip. Where I think you'd be well done or at least have a hard boiled egg cooking it. So I didn't really go into it.Then the steps going down into the pool had algae in the corners of the steps. So you can tell they really were not careful about brushing it down. I have a pool/hot tub in AZ so I expect to have a clean pool.

I know that I had to pay $200.00 more when I got there but what I did not like they charge another $200.00 per night and put it on my credit card, yes what I did not use they would credit it back to my card.( haven’t checked that yet). If I had know about these hidden cost I would have gone to another hotel.

Loved all of the amenities this place has to offer. Really good cocktails but the food overall was sub par. It was so nice looking out from our room balcony seeing the cruise ships come in every day. Only complaint I have is our coffee maker never worked and even when asking for help from staff it never worked. Also our margaritaville perks never worked after we signed up when we checked in, which was a bit frustrating. Overall I would stay again for the amenities and location being on the water.

We only stayed one night and it's clear this hotel offers very little. It's a hotel, not a resort. If you stay more than one night, the family would quickly get bored.

The property itself was nice, the amenities & beach were great. However, if I was to do this trip all over again I would definitely not stay here. The food is outrageous and small portions, and being downtown by the cruise ports everything closes by 5:00. So basically the restaurants you might be able to enjoy that are close by all close early. One of the days that we were planning on doing Senor Frogs, they decided they wanted to close by 3:00. I heard several other guests complain of this same issue. There is what's called a fish fry 20 min. walk, but basically they are small food vendors that you can order food from and eat but not great at all. Staff was generally helpful and polite. We only had one incident at the wave rider, he was pretty rude to my kids and can tell he doesn't enjoy his job.

The hotel is so much smaller than expected and smack in the middle of a town. The beach was tiny and it was right next to a public beach which made it hard to relax and feel like you were in your own secluded hotel. Restaurants and places closed early too.
