Personnel formidable mais équipements très moyens...piscine gelée, startbuck seul restaurant de l'hôtel pour le petit déjeuner (gras, fris et cher....)pas de fruit ni de légumes!, situation proche du centre mais route à traverser pour accéder à la plage ...organisation générale confuse mais heureusement le personnel souriant et disponible fait la différence;))

Des débuts pénibles
Quartier bruyantt. Pas mal de camions et d'ambulances passent dans la rue. L'hotel est entièrement renouvelé. Un peu impersonnel mais trés clean. Comme ils ont réouvert récemment, le service est encore très amateur. Pas de frigo, une machine à café sans café ni tasses, la télé qui tombe en panne,,l'ascenceur aussi. Le petit est vraiment quelconque. Bref, ils déclarent qu'ils deviendront un Mariott en juillet, il y a encore du chemin à faire

Je souhaite que ce ne fut pas trop gros d'un problème pour vous. Oui, nous travaillons à devenir un Courtyard Marriott très bientôt et nous travaillons dur pour nous assurer que nous aurons toutes les commodités que vous attendez d'une cour. Let me start by saying that the staff were all super friendly and kind. My gripe was with the overall condition of the place. I was booked for 4 nights and 5 days and only ended up staying 2 nights. Let me preface this by saying that they were undergoing a remodel at the time. With that being, the focus appeared to be more so on cosmetics vs build quality. If I could rate my first room out of 10, it would get a 2. The AC made a horrible loud obnoxious noise throughout the entire night, causing me to request another room. However, even the 2nd room had a similar issue smh. There were several nails sticking out the bathroom doors, stained areas throughout the entire room. The bathroom door would not stay close so it had to be left ajar. The water left a yellow stain in the tub which was very disturbing in of itself. There were several non-working elevators throughout the property. For a place charging about $200 a night, I was shocked. It’s like the company did not care about standards nor its guest. I believe they are able to get away with charging that much for deplorable conditions all because it’s the capital and they are right next door to a port for cruise ships. Out of my 35 years on this earth, this is bar far the worse place I’ve ever stayed. That is saying a lot since considering that I’ve stayed at $50 motels. The only saving grace is the location and their staff.

We had a one night layover in Nassau. The Courtyard Marriott was perfectly acceptable for an overnight. It was clean, the restaurant and bar were good, and all the staff were excellent.

Hotel is clearly old! They were clearly doing maintenance and chose to do heavy pounding and drilling from midnight to wee hours of the morning. Got no sleep. This was all despite several calls each night to front desk about the issue. Restaurant menu is the same every day! Not impressed not worth the money value. Will try the British Colonial next time.

Ceiling was linking at the entrance of the hotel, on my last day the hot water was not working. I was told I couldn’t get a receipt, there was on elevator. There was no microwave in the room.

For the price we paid, and the pictures that were shown online, this property did not meet our expectations. It was in very poor condition, other than our room, which appeared to have renovated somewhat recently. All of the common areas were rundown, and the dining options were very limited. The description and photos gave a completely different impression of this property.

The property is old and run down… The wifi in the room was the worst I have ever experienced… Breakfast staff and food were great… pool was also closed for no reason… very bad value for money! Cost $250 per night should have be around $50.
