- This unit is on the 2nd floor, and the building has an elevator to take you to each floor.
- Please note, this is an up and coming area, so there is nearby construction for surrounding buildings. Depending on your length of stay and booking dates, guests may experience nearby construction noise.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Parking Details:
- Parking is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis in the top-floor parking garage. No reserved parking. Guests can park in any spot that is not marked reserved. No parking pass required.
- Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

I would not stay here again. I've stayed at several VRBOs in Nashville that were bigger, quieter, and more reasonably priced. On the third morning of my stay, an employee tried to enter the room while we were having breakfast, claiming she didn’t know the unit was occupied. There's also ongoing construction next door, which leads workers to park in guest spots, making parking difficult during the day. Additionally, Tito's restaurant directly below the unit stays open late, and people gather outside until after midnight. It gets very loud, and despite the host providing earplugs, I didn’t realize how necessary they were until I tried to sleep.The guest bathroom door doesn't close or lock and sometimes swings open due to the air conditioning. The master suite shower is installed incorrectly, with hot water on the right and cold on the left, against standard building codes. The floor in the master bathroom had sticky spots, and I had to clean them myself. The cleaning crew also left a vacuum in the middle of the room and a box of garbage. The host didn't mention the construction or the noisy restaurant in the listing. While the communication was okay, it was frustrating to have to explain myself to the employee who tried to enter. I texted the host a question but never received a reply. The location is fine, but the host downplayed the construction situation, with workers often blocking the parking lot entrance and walking slowly in front of cars.

Great visit to Nashville

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean and comfortable. We loved the area, it was very walkable and easy to get anywhere in Nashville we wanted to go! We were a little bit surprised at how loud the traffic was, but the earplugs provided were very appreciated! One problem we noticed but did not report was that the ice maker wasn’t working. Not a big deal since we were only there for a couple of nights, but would have been nice to have. Overall it was a fantastic experience!!

Very small/uncomfortable furniture

Everything in the place was very small and short. Couch and one chair in living room was very uncomfortable. The beds were pretty comfy but almost layed on the ground. Coffee pot kept malfunctioning. Otherwise the place was pretty clean but carpets needed vacuumed. There was dog hair all ove carpets, we didn’t bring any pets. Water in master bath was backwards. No check instructions were sent. W. We stayed two nights. Four adults and not enough towels and wash clothes left. Had to contact them for WIFI info. Door code didn’t work when we got to the room.
