A small workspace in the kitchen caters to those needing to catch up on work, while the living area offers a queen pull-out sofa and ample seating. A full bath on this floor adds convenience.
The top floor features two private suites. The king bedroom boasts a smart TV, a large walk-in closet, and an en suite bath with a walk-in shower with a shower bench. Down the hall, the queen suite includes a full attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a workspace, and a spacious closet. A full-size washer and dryer set is also available for guest use.

The Neighborhood:
Next door to Grimey's Record Store, which hosts local musical acts weekly, our home is located in East Nashville, which is home to our favorite restaurants, cute boutiques and local music venues! Want to get downtown? No problem. A 7 minute Uber will get you there in no time! Living Waters Brewery and Espresso Cafe is also next door, and it's a local favorite. You're within walking distance to Mickey's Tavern and Fox Cocktail Bar, so you've got great nightlife options! Nicoletto's Italian Kitchen, serving their famous sandwiches and amazing scratch pastas, is a 3 minute walk - need we say more?! Just a 4 minute drive to the center of Five Points, which is beaming with local nightlife, and a 7 minute drive to middle of the all the action in downtown Nashville. Only 17 minutes to the airport - you're in a great spot!
Getting Around:
Guests will love that they can walk down the street to a few local favorites, including Elegy Coffee, Nicoletto's Italian Kitchen and Tiger Bar, but Ubers/Lyfts are easy to come by in this area if you prefer not to drive!
