Jon,We appreciate you staying with us. We are sorry for your perception of our property but unfortunately we disagree with your survey. We do understand that people like different things and that we will not be able to satisfy everyone, such as bedding. Regarding noise, remember you are downtown and in an environment with events, highly possible you will hear noise. Please, re-read your terms and conditions that you authorized when you booked your reservation, for clarity and a reminder of why you were charged. Lastly, we have guests who would highly differ from your opinion and utilize us regularly. We hope that we could had that opportunity with you, but we understand. Take care and thanks for responding.
